Thank you to bounce orlando for providing great entertainment for my sons birthday party! It was easy to order the bounce house online and I received a confirmation call shortly after to confirm the details. They also notified me when they were on the way. The bounce house arrived and was picked up on time and the gentlemen setting up the bounce house were very polite and friendly! Everything was organized and I will use this company again and recommend it to others.

It was such a great experience renting a blowup obstacle course from Bounce Orlando for my sons birthday party! They were such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! They were always available via text whenever I had any questions or concerns and even though I didn’t use it, their cancellation policy is understanding and fair! I highly recommend it! It definitely brought the kid out of everyone at the party having the blowup there! I will definitely use them again!

This was my first time renting a bounce house but I am thrilled with how this experience was from the very beginning. I called and was able to speak to someone directly who was able to answer my many questions, the communication from that point was excellent! The gentlemen delivering were very kind and quick. The equipment was clean and the kids had such a blast. My daughter had wanted a bouncy house with a slide and all the things lol and they were able to provide exactly what she wanted. I definitely plan to recommend and use you all again! Thank you for such a great experience!

We have used Bounce Orlando on several occasions and they always have a wide variety of event items as well as a convenient and easy online reservation system. The team is communicative and confirms your items over the phone. I have not had an issue with the items rented in the past, but I would imagine they would be responsive and helpful based on our experience with them over the years. Would recommend.

This was our first time having a birthday party and the addition of 3D Dinosaur bounce house was the perfect touch and made everything so much more memorable!! From the initial call to ask questions and arrange everything to the drop off and pick up everything went so smoothly! They were on time, the setup was quick and the Bounce house was sooo clean and very well maintained!!! Everyone from the owners and the two young gentlemen who made the delivery and pickup were so very kind and helpful! Bounce Orlando will now be our go to place for any parties moving forward!!

We got the castle slide combo for our daughters second birthday and it made the party!! It was nice to not have to worry about entertaining as the bounce house WAS the entertainment! Our party got rained out, but the kids still loved jumping and sliding in the rain, and at the end of the night my daughter and I went down the slide in the pouring rain over and over until they came to pick it up! Those are fun memories we’ll cherish forever!
The delivery and pickup teams were both professional and quick, making sure we had it just where we wanted! Would highly recommend bounce orlando for all

We recently used Bounce Orlando this past weekend for our son’s birthday party, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. The booking process was super easy, and they were so pleasant to deal with on the phone. Any questions or messages I left leading up the event were dealt with right away and in a super speedy fashion. The actual event date, the guys kept me in the loop for exactly what time they would be there, and then were awesome for setting it all up and going over everything with me (including the popcorn & snow cone machine).
