Public Law 94-344, known as the Federal Flag Code, contains rules for handling and displaying the U.S. flag. Had a load of steel, got to the place and they wanted to charge me .35 cents a pound. I just laughed and left and took it 2 miles down the road and offloaded at another place for free like any other recycling place. Do not let them charge you for steel! RIP-OFF ALERT! Take your steel anywhere else and they will not charge!
