Public Law 94-344, known as the Federal Flag Code, contains rules for handling and displaying the U.S. flag. While the federal code contains no penalties for misusing the flag, states have their own flag codes and may impose penalties. The language of the federal code makes clear that the flag is a living symbol.
Prepaid mail-back containers are shipped to you with everything needed to properly pack and ship your spent light bulbs, High Intensity Discharge (HID) bulbs, compact fluorescent (CFL) bulbs, batteries, smoke detectors, tritium self-powered exit signs, ballasts, electronic scrap, and mercury containing thermostats, thermometers, and switches.
All fluorescent / high-intensity lightbulbs must be recycled as they contain mercury. CFL is the acronym for Compact Fluorescent Light. Many models of CFLs are available and designed to replace traditional incandescent lightbulbs. CFLs are commonly used for table, floor, room, and outdoor lighting.
Green Lights Recycling in Blaine, MN is looking for people who care about the Earth. GLR is a family friendly environment. Take your e-waste somewhere else. There are plenty of places that take it for free. Here is like $1/pound.

Had a load of steel, got to the place and they wanted to charge me .35 cents a pound. I just laughed and left and took it 2 miles down the road and offloaded at another place for free like any other recycling place. Do not let them charge you for steel! RIP-OFF ALERT! Take your steel anywhere else and they will not charge!
