Filled out a application and I'm still waiting for response still haven't heard anything but hopefully soon.Other than that there a awesome management company they always have there property clean and on point with tresspassers,and loiters.

Lived in their Springfield apartments for a year. The rent is among the lowest for the area which was the reason I picked the place. The maintenance guys do an excellent job and are super friendly. The landlord is very sweet. He called us a few days after we moved in to make sure everything was working okay and we were happy with the place. When we were losing sleep due to some noisy neighbors, he went above and beyond and personally worked with us to mediate.
The only downside is that it's a super old building, and it comes with all the quirks you'd expect from an old building. (No poison in

Lived in Virgilio managed apartment for over 7 years, always paid rent, respected the property etc. Our lease ended and we told Virgilio we were moving out at the end of the month when the terms of our lease expired. Virgilio won't refund our deposit because we only gave a 22 days notice... THE LEASE EXPIRED, WE PAID EVERY SINGLE MONTHS RENT PLUS GOT ROBBED 1 MONTHS "SECURITY DEPOSIT" (eye-roll). This company is ruthless and does not treat paying customers fairly. I would not recommended them to anyone. The maintenance guys do there best, but the carport/patio has been failing down for years but

This is such a great company to live for and work for. Staff is so friendly and they really care about your needs. Great management company to provide services for tenants and owners. Rent prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
