Services
The bail bonds agent guarantees to the court that you the Defendant will show up to court at every court date. If you fail to appear for any scheduled court appearances the bond is forfeited and a warrant issued by the court. The Indemnitor is whoever is putting up the bond for you. It is usually a surety company or insurance company.

They are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Intentionally refusing to give people their rightful refund after using their services. The wanna be boss guy is rude as well. He listened to his worker and failed to hear anything we had to say but when it was time to collect our money they hurried and did just that but giving MAJOR problems to get it back now that… the case is closed. They have had it for 11 months. Told me it’ll be ready in 2 days but because of my concern and want clarity they are intentionally taking 21 days. And this was said directly to us! Please please please RUN FROM THEM.
