Unprofessional and slow response. The owner lied on documents and put her old name instead of her actual name. Lesbie the owner tried to keep my money although the forms were her mistake. My husband stayed almost two extra days while she or whoever at the office finally fixed it. I didn't like that she tried to take my money over her mistake. It was a scary and horrible experience. Do not use them. Pay attention to the other critical reviews; they are true.

THIS COMPANY AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE QUICK TO TAKE PAYMENT AND SLOW TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. PROCESS WAS DELAYED BECAUSE LESLIE CAN'T SPELL AND EVERYTHING HAD TO BE DONE OVER. ALSO, IT IS ILLEGAL FOR BAIL BONDSMEN TO HAVE A PO BOX ADDRESS FOR PHYSICAL OR MAILING. THE ADDRESS LISTED IS A UPS STORE PO BOX. CHECK IT YOURSELF. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND THIEVES. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
