Gerry Gilbert fulfilled all my expectations, and more. Gerry and I visited over a dozen beach condos in February, he provided complete information and insights into the units, as well as tips on making offers to attain my best price. He was patient and answered all my questions. After my first offer fell through, Gerry helped me find another unit that I really liked, after which I made an offer much lower than the asking price, which was accepted. He gave me excellent references for a rental management company, a home inspector and a handyman to get the unit in top shape. We closed in early May

Jeff began the process of putting my home on the market and Gerry followed through, right up to the closing process. Dominique is by far the most professional, friendly, and kind realtor in this area. She stops at nothing to help her clients and get them what they want. Dominique was always available to answer all of my questions, track down information for me, and also did research on her own to give me details that she thought would be pertinent to my purchase. When it came down to the wire for closing, a glitch appeared which I thought would be insurmountable, but Dominique solved the problem in very little time and everything went off without a hitch! From the very beginning Jakob was totally professional and attentive. Jakob listed my house with great photos and a video tour. My house had an offer and contract within two weeks. I was also looking to purchase a new home. Throughout both selling and buying homes Jakob was on top of everything. He was proactive.
