Doctor Ammar and his team are exceptional. My experience at this office was smooth and effortless. I was seen in a timely manner. The team is respectful and courteous; they answered my questions and provided necessary information. Dr. Ammar went above and beyond with my care, he was kind and compassionate, he was thoroughly in his examination and answered all of my inquiries. Microneedling at Alinea has been the best thing for my skin. The staff is great and my results gave me my confidence back. I’m so excited to continue doing treatments at Alinea because it’s really worth the money. Also I feel like they really care about your skin and educate you on ways and treatments to help improve your situation. I’m very happy I feel like I have my face back. I wish I could give this place a hundred stars! The staff here are so incredible and nice! They’re really there to help you and make you feel comfortable and confident in any way that you can. Doctor Ammar and Michelle are both amazinggggg people and did a well job on addressing my concerns and helping me find the best treatments for my skin. I’ve had 2 sessions of Co2 laser for my acne scarring which are pretty deep and i’m already seeing some decent results! I’m sure that with some more time and treatments i’ll see the results that i’m looking for thanks to the amazing workers here

Customer service is in need of improvement. The staff has changed from my initially appointment and it is very telling with an extremely rude new staff member. Expect for long wait times (clients have other commitments). For my first follow up I was stuck in a room with no AC on a hot summer day and had to call the front desk for water after waiting for almost 30 minutes and then follow up with a text to a staff member. I'm still waiting for my 8 week follow up (over 6 weeks past due), they ignore request from my insurance company, sends incorrect request to billing and I've honestly just given

I went here for scarring treatment and Dr.Ammar understood my situation better than anyone. He and his staff were always friendly and were very easy to speak to. After each treatment Dr.Ammar made sure my skin wasn't having any adverse effects rather than rush me for my next session which showed me he truly does care for his patients results. He is the best when it comes to his work and he knows how to handle his patients very well, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any of the services they offer.

I am still going through a horrible and expensive experience that began with my visit to this med spa. Make sure to do your research and go to a board certified dermatologist or board certified plastic surgeon if you are going to have dermal filler. I didn't do that before I went to Alinea and I am now paying a considerable price. I am still trying to get the terrible filler job I had at this med spa corrected. It has caused the development of granuloma and nodules that are disfiguring, and I am having to take a course of antibiotics due to possible infection that may have resulted from contaminated

I've been dying to get Botox done for some time now, but was very hesitant because I knew very little about it. My friend recommended seeing Dr. Ammar and I'm blown away with the results! He was very informative and knew exactly what areas I needed it in. Their MedSpa is very clean, Dalia and the rest of the staff are extremely attentive and sweet! I just got my lips done for the first time at Alinea and I have never been happier! For the first time my lips are full and plump. Dr. Ammar, Dalia, and the rest of their amazing team were all very professional and caring before and after my procedure. Dr. Ammar even made sure that I was completely satisfied with the results, even days later. My overall experience was a definite 10/10. The office is in a great location and the inside is modern and chic! I plan on going back for laser hair removal and a hydrofacial. Always a pleasure Alinea, looking forward to the next time!
