As New Jersey based attorneys, we have one motto, one creed - the client comes first. We will provide a free consultation when you call or make an appointment to discuss your case. We offer no pressure, just honest legal advice in cases related to employment law, estate and estate planning, real estate, discrimination law, business law, and elder law.

After practicing many years, we have come to the conclusion that the major dissatisfaction clients have with attorneys is that attorneys fail to communicate with their clients throughout the process of their case.
Services
Kenneth A. Ramp's main focus is in the area of estate planning (both pre- and post-death scenarios), estate administration, elder law, and Medicaid planning, as well as business/transactional law and real estate law in both New Jersey and New York.

Mr. Ramp has taught estate law and estate planning procedures to bankers, investment advisors, financial planners, and civic groups and has written numerous articles outlining various areas of estate and elder law for these self-same entities.Fred J. Pisani has dedicated his career to trial work since graduating with honors from New York Law School in 1985.
Employment law litigation is the centerpiece of Ramp & Pisani's trial practices. Whether it is enforcing the rights of employees, wrongful termination, or defending the business practice of employers, we have the experience and dedication necessary to secure favorable results at manageable costs.

We all work much too hard to lightly give away large sums of money upon our demise to governmental agencies, such as the Internal Revenue Service, State of New Jersey, or State of New York.Yet, if you fail to plan, that is exactly what you are doing. Anyone who believes that the purchase or sale of a home is something that can be undertaken lightly without the assistance of an attorney is fooling only himself or herself.

Generally, your employers are not required to treat you fairly.
We all work much too hard to lightly give away large sums of money upon our demise to governmental agencies, such as the Internal Revenue Service, State of New Jersey, or State of New York. Yet, if you fail to plan, that is exactly what you are doing. Fortunately, both state and federal laws grant us the means to avoid some, if not all, of these death taxes.
Anyone who believes that the purchase or sale of a home is something that can be undertaken lightly without the assistance of an attorney is fooling only himself or herself. One has to merely look at the headlines in the papers and the list of foreclosures on the Internet to determine that extreme care must be exercised in buying, selling and/or refinancing residential property.
