They tried to over charged me. But the were messing with the wrong person. I had the paper they gave me with a previous quote when they came to do the work the technician was trying to charge me a different rate, when I pull out my paper to show him what was written on the previous quote, he told me he will honor the previous quote. But i would have to pay $141 for 1hr of work.

DDM has serviced our boiler for the past 2 years. We recently had trouble with out hot water and they sent Jesse to come look at it. He came this week to fix it during the COVID-19 stay at home- and he was polite, efficient, and respectful. When he had to come up into the house he called to us, wore his mask, and gave appropriate social distancing. DDM has honest, hard working people and I know we will get great work and a fair price whenever we call them!

HVAC went out and when I called to get someone to my house to help me out the person answering the phone was very rude. Berated me for not doing regular maintenance, quoted me $250 for a 1 hour service call which was over twice other HVAC companies and when I said I would see if i could get someone to the house sooner that three days out she told me "good luck with that" and then hung up on me. (I found someone for the next day)

The oil service that we use on the house recommended a repair service when the boiler was acting erratically. After calling DDM the receptionist couldn't be less interested in helping anyone. And, funny my experience wasn't solitary based on the other reviews. When I asked them to help with our boiler, we don't do any work for anyone related to the company that had recommended them. Well, if you don't want to be in business, then don't be. And for cripes sake get that receptionist off the phone, your business already is a 1.5 star. You can't get much lower

Mary unprofessional and Dan's service skills are suspect at best.
(1) The time DDM serviced air conditioner, it take about 2 hours for the Service person to identify a bad capacitor on the compressor motor, after the part was replaced, the started to work but wasn't blowing cool air so I asked the service tech to check Freon and charge the if needed, he replied I'll have to ask Dan, you probably guess already that Dan said "No" for him to end the service call and for me to call and schedule another service (more $ and another day off from work for me).

I am not sure how their technicians are, but their office staff has quite a bit to learn on how to be courteous and professional. Their receptionist very rudely told me first to hold, where I did hold for 20 min and called back she said I told you to hold and she hung up on me. Not impressed and not a great first impression. Will not be using this company in the future.
