Have used them for my maintenance and repair issues for 15years. In January they replaced my furnace and central air. In every instance they have been to my home the techs have been friendly, polite and ultra conscious that they are in a home. They show up when they say they will and do the work very efficiently. If I have a question, they explain it to me in terms I can understand. In short, they go out of their way to leave a very satisfied customer behind. On top of all that, their prices are quite reasonable. I can't recommend Whitney Bros. high enough.

My husband has made several calls to Barry to have him quote us and air-conditioning system for the past two years. We recently placed a call to him to have him install a mini split system that we purchased on our own and he has not returned the phone call. Is his business doing SO well that our install is not worth the time?
Other than that, we give him 5 ⭐️ for the prompt deliveries of oil and service to our new boiler.

Had a leaking bleeder valve that i tried to tighten, the valve snapped off and the water started gushing out. I called the emergency number and Mike who was on call promptly answered. He told me what to do since he just arrived at another call. He showed up a half hour later and repaired it in a true professional manner. Good job Mike!

Called at 9pm on the coldest night of 2015 .. they showed up in 15mins ... read that again ... showed up in 15mins... it was some small issue and only took him a few mins to fix but we had HEAT!! His phone was ringing off the wall the entire time he was with me but was so nice and explained everything ... It's times like this that make you thank a company like them ..
