About Report

Here at JK Martial Arts Academy we offer training in the Korean martial arts of Taekwondo and Hapkido. With over twenty five years of experience our Master Kim, with the help Instructors, provide a clean, safe, and positive learning experience for all ages. We focus on teaching confidence, discipline, and respect, and of course self-defense and personal health.

Events Report

Special services include board breaking and We will even cut your cake with a real samurai sword, if you wish. Birthday Parties are usually held on Saturday afternoons at 1:00 PM. We can accommodate up to twenty children. We entertain the group with a fun, informal martial arts class with the birthday child as the "star" participant, for two hours.

Children Report

Tae Kwon Do is 60% kicking and 40% blocking and punching. Master Kim's belief is to teach confidence, discipline and respect. And by the encouragement from our staffs these philosophies will stay with you forever. Some of the other benefits you will receive from this program art to become more flexible, toned and increase you stamina.

At first we couldn't discipline our son and heard about this place. Wow, the instructors are amazing, teaching not only self defence but self control and discipline. He loves Masters Kim's classes. Highly recommended!

I definitely would recommend JK Martial Arts Academy. my son has been going here for almost a year. The master and instructors make sure to make it a fun experience while teaching discipline and techniques. Even with everything going on they made sure to continue classes via zoom. I recommend it for anyone and everyone! They make you feel like family.

I absolutely would recommend this place. not only do the kids learn a lot but they have fun doing it. the teachers are all sooooo nice. I can't say anything bad about it. it's just great 5 stars from me 👍👍👍👍👍😁😁😁😁😁

It was always difficult to find something my son can get into. I did the 2 week trial, and after 3 days he absolutely loved it. the Instructors are always so Professional and friendly. They make all the kids feel welcomed. I highly recommend jk Martial Arts.. Best decision I ever made..

I started my kids at JK Martial Arts for Taekwondo in the spring of 2014. 1 month later I joined myself , Hapkido was my choice .
Master Kim and his staff are professional and very skilled.
We have 2 Korean Masters every day and a 3rd is coming to town to stay next week.
There are also several other instructors from 3 degree down.
My kids and i both achieved the Rank of Black belt in December of 16 and are currently working towards our 2nd degrees.
My kids are on the Elite Team and travel to tournaments with theyre teamates as well.
More importantly , my kids are learning much about the intangibles

I would highly recommend J K Martial Arts Academy. The staff is knowledgable and attentive. The place is very clean and well kept in comparison to other academy's I've tried. They always have family oriented activities which is a clear indicator they care about their students and not just in it for the dollar.

Master Kim and his instructors are amazing! Everything you can ask for professional, fun, and add that personal touch in making sure their students acquire excellent training and discipline . I would definitely recommend any parent or adult to enroll in Master Kims taekwondo academy.
