Absolutely would not recommend this service!

Went in for trailer repair at is the repair at 4 o'clock p.m. the guy says he needed me to drop the trailer he would not put a simple piece of steel on it said I had to wait till the next morning and wait 4 hours would not give me a labor rate either Would not recommend this company sounds shady

I was stuck on the side of the road I needed an airline for my truck .the guy came out and fixed it they charge me $711 do not use them they are expensive.

Thank you for being our last hope, you saved our rental RV and the renter’s vacation. Our rental RV had one completely shredded tire snd one almost shredded tire during a road trip while being rented. The Outdoorsy roadside assistance completely let me down providing no assistance or help. Geico could not find a reputable service station that would even answer the phone….I was told to call 911! Tom’s establishment not only answered the phone immediately when called but drove out to find the correct tires then out to install roadside, all occurring during the off hours! Yes, it is expensive

I went to toms on two notch and one of his guys kept trying to get my phone # , not professional and not interested

I went to buy a tire and they were fast and efficient. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Very reasonable prices.

Big thanks to Derek for helping me out with a RA call for Uhaul on 11 March. He had to demount the new tire off the one wheel, demount the bad tire off the rental wheel and remount the new. Record time!

3am blew tire and Tech Derek did a awesome job timing was good great tire. Derek was fast and did a very good job. Pleasant experience. If trouble in this area again will call again.

I'm kind of ashamed of Tom but I'm grateful I was able to help a family with a newborn child get back on their way. I pulled into Pilot Gas station in Camden, SC right after Tom got out of his van. Tom offered the guy a boost for $25 when it cost me nothing but less than a few minutes to get them on their way. We both happened to be in the same place in time of need and I'm just so humble I was able to help.

One of their response trucks just passed me going at least 90 mph. swerving and weaving through traffic. Extremely dangerous. I also work in the emergency response business and there is NO excuse for that kind of behavior! Really scared me his disregard for anyone else on the road.

Tom's was dispatched through our Good Sam's Roadside Assistance. We were stuck on the side of the road for FIVE hours and no one ever showed up. 90 degrees, dead Motorhome, pets and a child....stranded by this vendor with not enough courtesy to call or answer the phone with an ETA.

I don't understand how a company like this can stay in business. They have no idea what customer service is and are just a sorry bunch of people. AVOID AT ALL COST. I waited 3 hours for them to call me and ask if I still wanted a tow truck to come get me. Just pathetic.
