Very good customer service. Picked up the phone on first try. Humberto, the owner is very professional and courteous. I had him install some carpet at my business and the work was done at the highest and most professional standards. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and quickly. Humberto showed up personally to prep his crew. I am very satisfied and will continue to give my business to this local business.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PAYLESS CARPET! I am very dissatisfied with the job done. The sales man I spoke with was fine in the beginning but the job was executed very poorly. I had linoleum installed, and there are many issues that were never resolved. The installers ripped the linoleum, marked their measurements with pen, which I could not remove, and there are multiple seams in places were there should have been one. Also, there is bubbling in the linoleum, which I mentioned to the contractors and was simply disregarded. I was even told to just go down to my local hardware store to buy a solvent
