Don’t keep receipts or have them, told me the wrong court date after bond and had to go back to jail in another state after being told I would be taken care of and had to pay an additional 2000 for their mistake. Owner never once called my number which is the main number in my folder but calls family members saying if a payment is not made the bond will be revoked, then I call back someone else answer the phone and said the balance in my folder is 0.. get another bond company..

I called twice to get information on a friend. This place shows as open 24hrs which that is putting false information to the public. This place need to work on better business processes on how to handle the situations. The lady said she was the messaging person at the moment yet when I told her to let her supervisor know that I would like to make a report for the 2 people that hung up me. She said she was told to call in the morning. Nobody told her to do nothing in 2 seconds she came up with that. If you the messenger, you should be taking my message right?
