Sean was exceptionally helpful and honest. Excellent and prompt service. Yes, truly a 24/7 company. Sent a text message for service very late night (11:25PM); Received text reply right away. Within in an hour (12:20AM), Sean came and pick up my laptop for service. By mid-morning, diagnostic was done, parts requirement was determined and ordered. And the price was reasonable. My work computer's battery died, and I needed a replacement expedited. I worked with Sean Manning -- who was friendly and professional -- to get my computer fixed in a matter of hours. From the time my computer malfunctioned to the time I got it back up and running was ~32 hours. If I had gone another option, it would have been 3-5 business days. For this reason, I would recommend Nestech for an expedited repair.
