Amazing service and excellent price! Highly recommend this professional business. This shop was the third place I had to bring my car as no one was willing to work on it and able to complete the work to its entirety they said. When I found auto tech and body, Jay quickly agreed to help and he never disappointed! I recently visited Auto Tech and Body and had work done on my car there for the first time. I could not be happier! I was greeted and treated warmly and as though I have been a valued customer for years. Equally important is that Jay explained to me that the noise I was hearing is because the suspension system needed replacing, and he gave me an accurate and very reasonable estimate of charges to make the necessary replacement/repair, and to have the oil changed. I got my car through carmax and purchased the extended 100,000 mile/5 year warranty and am truly glad I did! When my car was having issues, I went through the repairpal website which is partnered with carmax and found Auto tech and Body which was listed as a repair partner near me. After dropping off my car, I was updated step by step of the problem with the car and estimated time to fix. Jay, the manager there was extremely friendly and courteous. At pick up, the car was not only repaired but washed clean. Great people. I hope I don’t have to go back any time soon but if I do at least I know

The owner of this facility is extremely rude and does not care about clients time! I took my car in on a Friday and the owner came out and looked at my car for the work that I wanted done and he quoted me a price and said that it would be no problem and scheduled me an appointment for that coming Monday to do the work. I took my car in for my appointment on Monday morning and the owner came out and told me that he changed his mind and was going to cancel my appointment and refused to work on my car! He was very rude about it and has no interest in good customer service or treating people nicely

I visited this place in April 2021. Upon entering I was greeted immediately with great customer service. Upon have my truck looked at I was educated on what would take place. My car was serviced and fixed with no issues and my truck was cleaned. I have to come back in August 2021 due to the same issue occurring with my truck. Jay remembered me and greeted me right away. He apologized for the inconvenient I may have been caused and reassured me he would do his very best as which he did in April. Once again specular customer service all around. I cannot rave about Auto Tech enough. For years I've been bouncing around between dealerships and local mechanics trying to find someone who just did GREAT work and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I FINALLY FOUND THEM! Their entire staff, from the front desk people to the mechanics themselves, and especially the owner, Jay, is suuuuper friendly. Their work is impeccable and their prices are extremely reasonable. My family and I will ONLY use Auto Tech from here on out. You should too!

Over the past decade I have serviced my vehicles with this Husband and Wife team. They exhibit the utmost professionalism in their work. They discuss options on any service which my vehicle requires. I have come to rely on Jay's sensibility and have purchased 2 cars from them over the past few years. Jay and his team really go the extra mile, when others will compromise. Auto Tech did some highly detailed and precise work that saved me a lot of money. Other shops were simply going to order entire replacements because it was easier for them to replace whole assemblies. Those replacements were going to cost me at least one thousand dollars more than the total cost of the work of Auto Tech. Apart from the great work, professional and friendly people, the car was completely cleaned inside out upon return, and they even followed up with a call to ask if we were satisfied. Auto Tech and Body has been a great place to get my car and my parent’s cars repaired. They are honest, courteous, and have top mechanics and car Painters in town. I dealt with them for over 10 years and 3 cars later. I know them, trust them and I receive detailed explanation of the services needed on my car. Almost after a year of our car being fixed at this auto shop. We recently traded in our car at carmax, they said the work done was so horrible (emphasis on horrible). They looked at the car well over 30 minutes and only complaining about that one area where the repairs were. They took the whole door apart and said the welding was horrible work and that if we were to trade it in will have to redo completely because of how terrible the repairs were. Definitely not the "finest" work. Still would not recommend this place.

This is a top notch body shop. If you can sneak a peak down their hallway to the back you can see they utilize production schedules which I haven't seen before in family owned businesses. When I asked about it, they told me they now utilize a computer program to track production and productivity which was really impressive to me that they can provide individual attention to customers and have such an efficient process. They repainted the hood on my Honda Pilot and it looks amazing. They were able to address the paint on the rest of the vehicle to make it look sharp and match the hood. They

This business allows their customers to suffer for poor business planning. How dare they tell me that I can no longer come to their establishment due to only getting oil changes. They mentioned that since I am not getting other services done, the oil changes are costing them too much money. It's like going to Walmart and only buying milk and the manager tells you not to shop there anymore because you didn't go to the pharmacy, buy clothes, or appliances. They are stupid. Had to go and get a USAA Insurance inspection done on my car this morning Auto Tech and Body was open on Saturday witch was great! I work Monday through Friday 5 to 5, so I have no time during the week to get my insurance inspection done so having somebody open on Saturday is a big deal! The girls in the front were extremely helpful walk me through the process got the inspection done fast and efficient. So if you're looking for somebody to do your insurance inspection this is the place to go.
