Thank you to Maxine and Dry Tech 24/7 for providing a reasonable and competitive quote! They carefully cut out the water damaged parts of our bathroom drywall and baseboard, cleaned our HVACs, and sprayed anti-microbial/mold in affected areas. They are very prompt and professional. Having discovered that there was some type of mold in my apartment in Ft. Lauderdale, we were desperate to get quick action to determine the type and how involved it was prior to having it remediated. We came home to find our A/C had leaked into the hallways and through the entire house. I had no idea what to do. Thank goodness we called Dry Tech 24/7. They came to the rescue. Within the hour we had a crew at the house working to clean and dry. The were able to prevent the damage from being much worse. Everyone was professional and courteous. They checked on us everyday.
