There's 2 things I look for when getting a car transported... honesty and price. There's so much bullshitting in the car industry.. seems like every broker just gives you a cheap price and then does a bait and switch. This company responded quickly to my emails and questions and kept in contact the whole time. The quote I received was definitely fair.

This is a review from Jan 2020, but I keep on referring all my friends to this business since then because I had a great experience. I worked with Michelle. She was super communicative and very easy to work with. She made sure my car was at the right place, at the time I needed it to be. Obviously natural obstacles I can't do anything about, but I was lucky to have a smooth experience. I was updated often by Michelle and the driver about where my car was which really eased my mind! Their prices were also competitive and I believe they were the lowest quote I got at the time.

Michelle Valencia is phenomenal!! I have used her twice and her customer service and kindness are on the next level. She worked with me on getting my car back to California when I had a very small time frame. She was also able to get me a very reduced price. Great experience, super helpful and easy to communicate with real people that care. I would highly highly recommend. Note, I have not actually shipped with then yet. Just asked for quotes but you know how much of a pain it can be getting quotes from these other huge third party transportation companies. I would especially recommend speaking with Brian!

I had such a positive experience with Brian at AutoZipper! I cannot recommend the company more highly. Brian was ALWAYS available and communicative every step of the way, even at odd hours and weekends. I shipped a car that is very personally meaningful, and I wanted to choose a company where I felt I could trust who I was dealing with. This was definitely the company! The cost of shipping was the same or less than other quotes I received but the customer service was so much better than anyone else. After purchasing a car online that was located across the country I began to look for a company to ship it. I filled out a quote from a general website to get shipping quotes and was flooded by company after company. All of them promising more then their competitors, bad mouthing each other and calling me day after day. Looking up reviews for these companies was not reassuring. I transported my SUV from Houston, TX to Los Angeles. The process was smooth thanks to Brian's excellent communication. I was always able to ask him for updates via text, and he answered my text very quickly. My car was picked up a week after my call, and it was dropped off in five days. The person who came to drop off my car was very nice. My car came in the condition it was shipped in. I highly recommend their service.

I was transporting my car from Phx to Brooklyn and was overwhelmed by the number of companies and my lack of knowledge of the process. I obtained quotes from 5 or 6 auto transport brokers. Pricing was an important factor - but I also wanted to find a broker who I could trust to transport my classic car 2,500 miles from the East Coast to Orange County. Brian was awesome. This was my first time shipping my car (and across multiple states) and I was understandably very apprehensive, especially in the time of a pandemic. I used them again when I needed to reship my daughter's car back to her: California to Michigan during the time of COVID. Michelle as usual was fantastic and helpful!!! The contracted driver, Michael, was a pleasure to meet and was very responsive to communicating with my daughter when he was arriving in town. The car arrived in perfect condition and in the 5 days he said it would take.

Sooo this review is long overdue but I was on the hunt for a car shipping company that shipped cars to a small town in Texas from California and I came across Auto Zipper. After reading some horror stories in online reviews of car shippers in general, I was leery of having my car shipped. Auto Zipper came highly recommended from an acquaintance and in the end, they did a great job. My move was a little specialized, with a non-running vehicle and some loose parts, but Brian gave it his personal touch and found a custom shipper who made the move. Communication was great and the pricing was good too. I'd definitely use them again.
