I was given the same exact car (Only New Cars) I was told over the phone which was a plus. The driver arrived ahead of time and the car was clean and perfect. The service was great with them and even the communication with my last minute changes were well accomodated for without a problem. The pick up at LAX upon arrival is seamless. They also offer a departure service with help in checking in and with bags where a greater meets you when the driver drops you at the airport which I highly recommend trying. Highly recommend this company to anyone in the Los Angeles area and also in New York.

I have used Havens Limo on a couple of different occasions. I was quite impressed with the service each time, with both the driver and the car. The chauffeur was professional, always on time and courteous. The car was clean and in immaculate condition. If you're looking for a limo service that puts their clients first I would definitely recommend giving them a call. I will for sure be using them again for future trips.

I utilized the Hourly/As Directed service offered by Havens Limo. I was flying into LA and spending time with family and wanted to treat them to a tour of the South Bay area micro breweries. Even though we were only going to do samplings at the breweries I don't drink and drive so a car and driver was needed. Did a Google search and found Havens Limo on Yelp with good reviews and reviewed their Facebook page as well. I contacted them using their website's online quote form. I received a prompt email response with a quote, which I responded to providing some additional information

Best limo company ever. Always 15 minutes early on pick up. I used their service for LAX airport. I made a quote, they replied in less than 10 minutes made a reservation, they confirmed, and sent a receipt right way. Very professional. Very courteous drivers and staff. I changed my pick up times about 3 times becoz of my family issue and they rescheduled with no problem at no cost.
They are their for you and they acomodate your needs.
