Great experience. The customer service is terrific. Easy to book appointments and very quick to get in/out. They are very professional. I had a fine experience when I was a member; the Aventura location was clean and the staff were very nice. We moved away from the area in April so I cancelled my membership. Mysteriously my card was charged for the membership fee this month, despite not being charged in may June or July. My credit card info states that the charge was “keyed in manually”… which seems a lot like fraud to me. I contacted them 48 hours ago and did not hear back. Before I joined I saw some reviews about cards continuing to be charged but I figured that might have involved some member error as well. Since I properly

So my experience with Vana was initially generally positive. I would have just one complaint with the in store experience, their late appointment policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late they charge you. Which i was once in 12 months and was charged. However, i quit keeping track of the amount of times I was kept waiting many of them over 15 minutes. I have no problems with rules but they shouldn't be hypocritical. During the shutdown they double billed me for the yearly fee for the second time. They started billing even though they had no appointments available. They also changed their terms

I went there because a friend recommended this place and I have the best experience ever.
The place is in south beach close to a lot of great restaurants, inside is super cozy and they amazed me with the cleanliness and attention to the new COVID-19 rules.
They have a lot of treatments so you can choose even more than one a day!!! 100 stars for their professionalism and their care to the patients.
I m scheduled for the next appointment early next week and I ll keep recommending vana laser to everyone.
