We make it our priority to know each resident, his or her special needs and preferences so we can ensure that each resident feels completely at home. Our residents thrive! Our residents don't just survive, they thrive! In a small home-like environment, we believe that seniors receive more one-on-one care and attention while avoiding an institutional setting in a more cost effective manner.
This allows people to improve their quality of life and often times thrive as they progress in the aging process. We also believe that people are most comfortable staying in their home as their body continues to decline, so we strive to allow our residents to pass away peacefully without a fear of leaving home.

Liz, a Registered Nurse, has been a nurse for over 22 years, has a Masters and is a Clinical Nurse Specialists, working in various aspects of nursing from Pediatric ICU to Hospice Nursing. I wanted to thank you for taking such good care of my father. I remember when he was living with me and it became clear that he was no longer safe in my home. But my father's family had a phobia about nursing homes and would go to great lengths to avoid them. We were overjoyed when we found your home, a comfortable place for our father.

Lighthouse assisted-living is a fabulous resource for your family members that need help day-to-day. As a physician I certainly take a discerning look at institutions that care for the elderly. The owner is a knowledgeable and experienced nurse practitioner and she and her husband run a tight ship.
When we first interviewed Liz she said “welcome to the best assisted living in Denver” and more than 6 months later i couldn’t agree more!

I have not had a loved one that lived at Lighthouse but I have known the owners and staff for a few years now and visited their homes. They are really amazing and caring people and I would highly recommend their homes to anyone looking for assisted living in the Littleton, Centennial or Englewood areas.
