He provided a very precise market analysis, organized all necessary work for the condo by hiring local contractors who in turn (all) provided excellent work for very reasonable costs, and handled all showings and closing matters in the highest professional manner!
His recommendations (refurbishing) were spot on and and his predictions turned out to be precise in terms of final sales price and time.
