I had two Agents that worked for me on the sale of my house, Jen Peters and Wendy Wendorf. I also needed to find an apartment, which Jen Peters was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive with. We used Wendy Wendorf Hays to list our home. She was fast to respond, easy to talk to and work with. She has the right amount of energy and attitude to get you the most bang for your buck and got us over asking price and really put the effort into the listing by putting it on multiple social media sites. She was also very reasonable on her rates!!

Mailed an earnest check to them and paid extra for "certified " ( meaning someone had to sign for it), because let's be honest who wants to lose $1000 check in the mail... well, when post office tried delivering it noone was there so they left a notice to retrieve it there! These people/person is too dang lazy to go pick it up but yet want to complain to our realtor they never received it! Sooo, I had to write another check which I handed over to my realtor this time so I knew they would get it! Than had to drive 40min to their post office just to get mine back that they wouldn't have returned
