We are certified in and use the unique McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) which goes beyond typical physical therapy. Greater than 80% of patients with musculoskeletal pain can resolve their problems once they know how. Our patients learn mechanical tools to 'self-adjust' their body and valuable skills to remain symptom free.

Resolve is a excellent place to go to for therapy. It has a lot of great things to offer. It’s local, highly recommended and definitely fantastic one on one care and the explanations of what type of care you need is outstanding! Questions are welcomed and answered well, I was never made to feel dumb for asking a question, in fact I know they encourage it! For rehab after my second total knee replacement (TKR), I chose reSOLVE because it is a small practice where I believed I would not be treated as a component on an assembly line as I had seen myself during rehab at the previous facility. I have not been disappointed with the therapists at reSOLVE. Each appointment I have the full attention of a therapist, who not only focuses on the specific needs of rehab for a TKR but who also listens and responds appropriately to my other concerns. Further, each therapist, while maintaining professionalism, is congenial. The bottom line is that I 100% recommend

My recent experience at Resolve was a very positive one. I am nearing the end of my PT Rx for some therapy to help with debilitating recurrent head and neck pain. Not only has the therapy drastically reduced the frequency and intensity of my headaches, but perhaps more importantly, it has been accompanied by a lot of valuable information on how I can address my issues through specific movements/exercises at home. This aspect of the therapy offered at Resolve sets it apart from many other practices offering PT. I am now empowered to "tune into" the signals my body is giving me and proactively take

Tom and his team of physical therapists have helped me and several of my family members. I like that there is a clear outcome defined right up front, and you work together to achieve those results. I chose Resolve on recommendations from friends. I am a month out from knee replacement and I am amazed that my knee feels so good. Along with knee therapy I have developed a back issue from walking differently and I have been doing exercises to relieve the pain that comes with that. I am very pleased so far with treatment and am very confident with their guidance that it won’t be long before I’m walking the beach again pain free. Thank so much.
