I would only recommend this salon for a pedicure. Almost a week after my nails were done, my fingers still hurt. The first time I went the service was okay. The second time was amazing! The third time I went was by far the worst service I have ever received. She didn’t take off my original nail polish before putting on the acrylics and filed my finger nails down to the meat on the sides. I have never had such inconsistent service. Not at all worth the $40 I paid to get my nails done.

I have been here before for pedicures and they do a great job of that. Today I was there for a simple nail fill. I wanted an ombré at first and she put about 5 layers on and it looked horrible, like she had never done it before. I had her take it off to redo a different color and she started slamming her equipment and mocking me in front of my face. After a long hour of having her shape them correctly, twisting my fingers to the point of pain, the final product still isn't good. The nails are crooked, the coat isn't even and they charged me 5 extra dollars just for a top coat. Never

The experience was lovely in the salon. However I was highly disappointed to see my toes completely chipped and the color streaming down my toes the day after I got them done. I have never had this happen and need to get a polish change 3 days after. I got a French tip and already missing most of the white without bumping them into anything. very dissatisfied.

I love that they have a wide variety of colors to choose from and the massage chairs were nice, however, the service was very sub-par. The nail tech that I got was so rough with the nail filer and the cuticle cutter as pictured below. During the process of cutting my toe nails, my pinky toe was clearly jagged and I had to point it out to her that it had to be fixed. Complimentary drinks weren't also offered even if I got the most expensive gel nail package. I also speak fluent Vietnamese and could understand the nail techs that were talking about us. This was an overall very mediocre and rude

What makes this a five star was the nail technician, Tony. He did my sister n laws nails with such grace. Her nails look amazing. He even looked at my nails and fixed them while I was waiting for my sister n law. Other places charge more for shaping, this place didn't. I will be coming back for a fill. Prices were reasonable and the place was clean. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give no stars. Currently waiting on the cops to get here. The man working here shoved me out of the door hurting me. All because I tried telling him that my nails are crooked, the clear coat is all over my fingers, the color is not fully over my nails, they are not dried and when I told him this he started raising his voice at my. Embarrassing me. And that's when he shoved me out of the door. Do not go here.

I went to a male nail technician, and i asked for green marble french tip on acrylic nails, the entire shape of the nail was terrible, the actual nail art for the marble french tip, was INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE!! First off I showed him the picture and the nail polish used on my nails was blue, and the “marble” look i asked for he ended up just putting white strips, I was crying so so much because these nails were for my bday and they were extremely horrendous. The only took of the polish and gave me a refund of only $15 when i paid 75$. I had to go to a completely different nail salon to get the

Today was my first visit, and it was wonderful. The shop is clean, and has a very calming relaxing environment. The staff were very friendly. I was able to call and get a same day appointment for a full set, and a pedicure. Amy did my nails, and they turned out beautifully. The pedicure and massage was wonderful, very relaxing. I will definitely be coming back. Great business, I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I have been coming here for a while for pedicures. I am always very anxious about the whole process until my nails start getting painted. I read a book to take my mind off of what's going on because I'm worried that I will get cut and it had never happened until today. I don't know her name because she isn't wearing a name tag. She didn't even start with using the sandpaper like buffer on my heals or side of the big toe. She was using something like a cheese grater. Before I could say anything she had taken a chunk out of the side of my right toe. It wouldn't stop

I haven’t gotten my nails done in many many years, because it’s never been worth it. Every time I got my nails done they broke, chipped or looked bad.. this place was phenomenal. I came in on a last minute chance to get in before they closed and I was not disappointed. She took her time to shape them to be exactly what I wanted the nails are perfect for me to work without issues. And they’re beautiful! Sorry I take awkward hand photos!! Lmao!

Pedicures and nail sets were great but I DO NOT recommend having eyebrows shaped at Adela's. The lady who did my nails perfectly put a lot of pressure on me to have my eyebrows shaped. And then she took out most of my eyebrows leaving bare spots. I will NEVER have anyone touch my eyebrows again. I'm a senior and I'm not sure the brow hair will grow back. I have to pencil in the bare spots. So great for nails, totally not great for eyebrows,.

Got out of the house to get my nails done!! Woot woot. They were able to get me in right away without an appointment. Clean environment. Lots of colors and treatments available. Free complimentary drink! Yay for a free mimosa on the house. Overall pleased with my experience and will definitely be back. Loving my nail color and have gotten multiple compliments on my nails so far.

After a recent appointment my wife discovered the following day that she had left her wallet, which contained no identification, at the location. She called the business and they had found the wallet and they said they would keep it until I could respond the second day after her appointment to pick it up. They still had the wallet and returned it to us with over $120.00 in cash on the inside.

I'm not sure why I bothered to call and make an appointment because my friend and I had to wait over 30 minutes before we were put in chairs and another 10 or so waiting there. We had other plans that day, so I only ended up getting a pedicure and going somewhere else another day for the manicure. My friends water was so hot they offered her ice to cool it down. Mine was tepid.
We did the nicer pedicure to get wax. It was nice.
Overall, this place is expensive and I had to wait longer than I appreciated, so I'll keep looking.

Went in for a manicure (shellac) and this was my first time there. They were very busy which I see that as a good thing! They were very nice and the colors I picked originally she did tell me there was an extra charge cause they had to mix them (3 dollars extra) which was fine with me. I recommend this place

Came here on a Thursday around 10am and got short coffin with dip nail . I didn't like the first color they did it just didn't turn out the way I liked . So with out a problem they changed it and re did my nails!!! They where so nice and so friendly. Sahra and tony I this both switch out when doing my nails they did a wonderful job !' TIP: l would suggest you venture off to "I Love Nails" on Fourth Plain. The service here is horrific and continues to decline.

Used to be my favorite salon... but these last few visits have been very disappointing. I think this last one though has officially made me decide to switch salons. First day, pinky broke, second day nail polish peeled.... both fixed for free. Here I am today, not even 2 weeks and this is what I have for a set. So disappointing. Wasted money and gas and now I have to get them fixed somewhere else EARLY.

This was my first time visiting Adela nail salon, and I decided to treat myself to the deluxe pedicure. (Not a usual thing for me). I made an appointment for the same day, not wanting to wait. I was seated immediately, and they offered me a towel to cover my legs as I was wearing a dress.
I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my whole experience, and they even asked if it was my first time in. I will absolutely be returning to try out the other services they offer. :)
