At first it was great, then they drilled a hole through my nail bed! I have been getting me nails done for years and this has never happened they did not even acknowledge I was in extreme pain and bleeding. I told them I needed to go at a set time and to only do dip if I could leave in time, they went 20 over time and I was late to my next appointment. They over charged me for causing me pain they did nothing. I got a pedicure and a manicure and it was 130$ over priced I am in extreme pain and worried about infection. Not happy with my experience at all!!

Everything about this salon is amazing. I go to Quinn specifically but every employee does amazing work. They are so talented, respectful, kind, and helpful. I'm pretty indecisive by nature and Quinn always makes sure that I'm happy with what I get. I bartend and my nails last between fills which is impressive. Plus they're open 7 days a week. Reasonable prices and the decor is so cute as well as spotless. Enjoy!

They don't keep appointment times even pre-COVID and they do not social distance AT ALL and do not follow their own posted precautions.
I walked out today because they wanted to put me at a station less than a foot away from another customer.
Too bad, I do like them but I do not feel comfortable in there at all right now.

I came in for a fill w/ dip powder and was told it was going to be $41. However, my real nails where already pretty long underneath so the lady said that she was going to take it off and use my real nails. I thought that because I wasn't actually getting a fill it would've been a little cheaper. I paid $46 for my nails. I like the way they look, but the price was just way too much than I expected.

**2nd UPDATE** I called and asked for the manager, because that's what they asked me to do in their 'false' response and guess what.... they are gone on vacation and don't know when they'll be back. SMH! Sad!
**UPDATE** after reading their response to my review, I'm even more disgusted by them. I didn't even have any nails on to soak off. I had my natural nails with regular polish. Their response to my review says they soaked my nails off and didn't charge me, LIES!!!! I had no nails on to soak off. You people should be ashamed for lying!!

This nail shop is my absolute favorite. The ladies here are so sweet, they have been able to help me every time that I have stopped in, and every time I walk out so ecstatic because they are absolutely amazing at what they do. I have never received so many compliments on my nails! I tell everyone that asks me to come here!

Save your money and head up to another place. $50+tip later I left with a half-baked mani/pedi that chipped 2 days later and the realization that people of color shouldn't expect a comparable level of service at this shop.
- As a patient walk-in, I inquired about a mani/pedi and was told there wasn't time for both services due to pre-existing appointments. When I say I'm not in a rush and willing to wait I'm met with silence and then an agreement to sit for a few that someone will do a pedicure. Fine, except the woman who did my pedicure? CLEARLY had no interest in doing so

Quinn does an excellent job making my nails look beautiful. She knows what colors I like better than I do! I never walk out with a regrettable color. My nails are perfect and last a long time. I'm very hard on my hands so lastIng as long as they do is a real sign of the great quality.
My sister also gets her nails done here. She comes down from Ridgefield every few weeks because she is happy every time she sees the results. Quinn is personable and always remembers me and my sister.
I wish they took credit cards. The salon is average looking but they are remodeling soon and I'm sure

This place is hit or miss, but once you know the names of the techs, it's more hits. Tina is the only person I ask for. She takes pride in her work. I actually followed her to this location when she moved salons, and will call and ask for her specifically whenever I come in. When she does my shellac nails, it lasts up to 3 weeks.
I give this place a 3-star because there is one tech that is just horrible. One time she forgot to put the top coat on my polish because she was too busy talking and when I reminded her she simply lied and said that she did, but she was going to put on another coat
