During the snow storm I got a flat tire at 5am. I Googled tire repair and they were open at 6am. I was very happy and was close by. They were professional and fast. Thank you. Your vintage car collection is amazing btw. Will use you guys again.

I had a great experience getting my Ford F-250 worked on. I unfortunately had my catalytic converter stolen. They were able to identify and repair the issue within days of calling to drop the vehicle off. And they were flexible to hold my vehicle for pick up after the repair! Really appreciated the communication and flexibility from this team. 👍🏽

Made appointment for simple oil change. I arrived on time. I was surprised when they estimated time would be 90 minutes. Only when I returned 90 minutes later did they tell me they had problems with a lift and I was still hours away.
I left without service.
My expectation is an oil change should not take 90 minutes and that staff would let me know of problems when they know of problems
My experience with this facility is mixed.

Contacted them and had great communication over the phone. There was nothing hidden on the phone call. I spoke to Johnathan. He suggested to bring it in. I had to get a tow truck so they can fix my truck. I get a tow truck, bring it to them, they don't even take it off the tow truck! They turn me away. Now I'm stuck with a $500 tow bill from what Johnathan suggested I do. Ive called Johnathan and also called Trevor and neither can call me back. They stick you with bills that shouldn't be yours and then ignore you after. No thanks.

Great service center in a convenient location downtown Tacoma. Staff is extremely helpful. Didn’t try to overcharge me or recommend any unnecessary services. Finished service faster than estimated and included a military discount. Will definitely be making this my preferred service center in the future.

They helped fixed my brake lights and oil change. Was scheduled at 8:30 and they finished at 10:30. There were several others in the waiting room so I’m pleased with them. They did a fine job and I would definitely come back again. I forgot to print out a coupon for the service but I definitely won’t forget the next time.

I used to be able to just drive up and get great service and a quick oil change with Lawrence's crew. I called to try to get an appointment I was told at least a month out, but I can walk in anytime. Now I have to go in and wait for 1 of 4 possible people to help me but only one excepts for oil change. I mentioned please check out my front right tire I have to keep putting air in it. I felt a little blown off but I still wanted to think positively. It was actually done in about an hour but we weren't available. I had my husband call and remind them to check my Tire 4 nails. I picked it up the next

Great place always get my cars oil change done here. Very quick and friendly. I don't mind waiting at the dealership since there's great views and usually end up walking around Tacoma while I wait for my oil change. They also have a great used old car collection. I've gotten my oil change at most of the Titus Will's but always go here since the customer service is top notch and you can't beat being downtown with a nice drive back home.
