Did not replace the parts I asked them to even though they had me schedule for that particular part replacment, they couldn't find my keys and had me search through their key box myself (could have taken anybody's keys), couldn't find my vehicle for 10 minutes (they had no idea where it was), and quoted me $200 more than any other shop for the same replacement that they failed to do.

Their prices on used tires are very reasonable. My only minor issue was I dropped the rim off at 11 and they told me to give them 1.5 hours and come back to get it put back on the truck. I got there at right around 12:30 and still had to wait an hour to be done with the service. But I will say that they was very busy when I got back.

Hit something and heard a pop so I assumed the tire blew out. This was Friday night. Tire store said the rim was bent, so I called Delta. Delta sourced the rim at a great price - less than I expected to pay for a tire. They put my tire back on the new rim and everything was fixed by Monday after work. Nice guys, great service and exceptional work.
