Summy Tire has always been fast, courteous, and above all, honest with me about my vehicles. Years ago, I took my Firebird to have both the front and rear brakes replaced. When I came to pick it up, they told me they only did the front because the rear were still OK. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is what keeps me bringing them all my automotive work.

I was told I needed new brakes at chain oil change place so I brought it to summy to have them change them. A half hour after bribing it in I got a call to let me know the brakes could go 8,000 miles more before replacement. The cost for looking at my car... $0! I really appreciated the honesty and will be bringing all my vehicle needs to Summy in the future!

Service was excellent. I came in looking for a tire rotation. Asked the attendant if he recommended a rotation and balance. He said if I was not experiencing vibration then a rotation would be good enough. That kind of honesty really impressed me and made me feel welcome. The work was fast and well done. Great attention to detail and desire to do things the right way.
