Brandi the patient coordinator and Dr Lapuerta exceeded all my expectations. I have worked in Medical sales 13 years and you don't get this type of professionalism very often in many offices. They took time to answer any and all questions and made me feel very comfortable. I would't go any other place. I will refer all friends and family members here going forward.

I had a 1:30 P.M. appointment at the Katy office which I had booked 3 months in advance. I arrived at the office one half hour early so that I would have enough time to fill out any needed paperwork as a first time patient I assumed they would need my medical history Ect. as most normal doctor offices do with first time patients. I went to the receptionist window and asked her if I needed to fill out any paperwork. She told me that she did not have anything to do with that. Really? I thought that she was the receptionist apparently she just sits at the window and does nothing. I then asked another
