Huge thank you to Leaf’s Towing & Recovery!! We needed our vehicle loaded onto our flatbed trailer. I sent a message through messenger asking if they could help. They responded within minutes, ON A SUNDAY, and… said they could help. We met them at their Cambridge location and our vehicle was loaded within minutes. We so greatly appreciate they were willing to fulfill a slightly odd request so quickly! Especially on a Sunday morning!! Thanks so much Danny 😊

My son was playing with my keys while I was putting the carseat base in the car. When I put him in the vehicle, I shut the back door and realized he had pressed the lock button. I first called a locksmith that was incredibly rude because I told him I might call 911 to bust the door open, as it is 80° outside, probably 90° + in my car. He proceeded… to tell me that he would not help if I might call the cops for help. Needless to say, I called 911 to ensure my child's safety on such a hot day. They called Leaf's Towing & Recovery. Their driver Braxton rescued me this summer when my transmission went out. I was so impressed that he made it seem super easy to move my vehicle from one tiny, crowded parking lot to another equally tiny, crowded parking lot. He got there quickly and got everything squared away so efficiently, and even drove me home. It made my bad day better.

Last week I had locked my keys in my trunk, the man that came to help me knew my keys were in my trunk and also seemed to know that as soon as the door was open it would trip the security system so I couldn’t get into my trunk. As soon as he opened my door he was more concerned with charging me and then helping me get into my trunk.(which is the whole reason I called for help) If you are ever locked out of your car I would call a locksmith before I call leafs. I was very disappointed that they really didn’t help me and I was stuck for almost 3 hours before I got real help!!
