I have been in the Car Fixin Biz for almost 40 years. It is hard to believe. I remember the time, working with my dad, and all he would let me do is hold the trouble light for him so he could get a better view of what he was doing. I went into the army almost right after I graduated from good old St. Francis High School, class of 1974. 1 went into the service and thought I wanted to go into the medical field, so I became a medical lab technician.

My daughter slid into the ditch on an icy day on highway 65. I picked her up and we went home to call a tow service. This business was dispatched by the state police to tow the vehicle. That is fine, but when we were trying to get the details on where we could recover the vehicle this man was extremely unprofessional. He yelled at my daughter, husband, and sent them to talk to the police on where to recover the vehicle. The police redirected us to the tow truck driver. We arrived at the lot only to find no one there to help us and he then told us he would be there when he could. Every interaction

I had to tow my son's car to my mechanic, ASAP, because NOW was the only time that he could repair it. I called Ark towing, was told they could arrive in 1 hour, they did just that, and at a reasonable price.
My mechanic made the repairs on my son's car, and I had the evening to myself.

After working second shift for the first week I was very tired I woke up in the ditch not even seconds later and then I got told I wish I never even talked to him about at all a price or anything soon as I got on the road I was told that if I did not pay him I will be in trouble and the cops threatened me and took my ID and held it hostage until I bathe him his $130 they wanted me to pay it on the spot

Absolute worst towing company ever. State law says medical assistance qualifies as low income to get property from vehicle for free and they tried telling me that they don't like to take that cause anyone can get it and my insurance card says minnesota health care program and I showed proof that Blue plus is a medical assistance program but they did not care. Eventually I got my stuff but now they r saying they r sending the bill to collections. Pretty sure u can't do that just cause you are upset about a state law. I will be reporting to the BBB.
