So I didn’t get to use their services because the individual was released without bond but Marissa was so responsive, and helpful it really helped the process for me. I hope not to need them in future but would certainly try again if the situation arises!

If I could give zero stars I would, used for my brother, and was told that they would place a hold on him. He should’ve been at one location while all of this was going on the lady NEVER placed a hold on him so he was moved to a different facility that we never knew about. Lady was very short and rude and not helpful at all. We have never told her that we weren’t using her services after finding out this horrible information, So we were waiting on her to call back so that we could inform her that we knew, however she NEVER called back, we haven’t heard from her since yesterday regarding the

Warning! No help at all! The worst, don't even bother calling this place.I cannot even call them a bondsman. I received some good info from Webster police on exactly what to do to prevent a close relative from being transferred to Harris Co. Jail. I called this place,they took some info from me and said that they would call me back to help me with the bailbond process. I never heard back from them at all. I call them back 7 hours later because I never heard back yet and they asked me what jail he is in? Thats what I called them for because I told them what jail he was in last night.
