With a combination of chandeliers, string lights, and colored light options, every event feels unique and vibrant! Our bathrooms are always clean, and are handcrafted by family. The countertops are made from the wood found in the original tobacco barn to keep a piece of family history. It's one of our favorite things about the whole building.

The Barn At Pleasant Acres is family owned and operated to bring you a unique kind of care. When you book with us, you are taken care of by family. We are now offering Elopements for those couples who are looking for an intimate ceremony of close family and friends and a photo session at The Barn. Starting at $3,500, you are able to have a small private celebration without the fuss of a full reception and planning.

The barn itself was beautiful for our wedding. The staff takes great pride in making sure everything is immaculate for events and guests. We received many compliments from guests about the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.
They were a Godsend in helping us plan our wedding. They recommended many amazing vendors for us. Their organization really helped us in planning our wedding and they were very responsive to our needs. On the day of the event, they ensured everything went smoothly for us and made sure a good time was had by all.

Attended the End Hunger for Calvert event. The venue was great, spacious and welcoming. Everyone from the golf cart drivers, to bartenders to food servers to the band the hists/hostesses the other guests and especially the youngest little gentleman at the door as I was leaving was so kind and friendly. I'm looking for a reason to visit again.
