I got stung by a bee right outside, and when I went in to calmly ask for tweezers so I can take the stinger out, the cashier rolled his eyes and literally turned his back towards me.

Stay Away from this place - Customer Service Sucks -on 6-8-21 Cashier Mohamed Mhaidat was very disrespectful to me after I asked for clarification of fees on my bill. I will never return there and will share my thoughts & reviews with all!

The owner has horrible customer service! rude and disrespectful! i ordered over the phone and when they got the bread incorrect he said it was my fault! he also said it wasnt his problem that i messed up the order. refused to give me a refund or even make it the way i wanted! i will never go here again, even the turkey was old and gray looking!!

Great guys working behind the counter, good food made to order, my favorite breakfast sandwich mozzarella,avocado scrambled on toast with the chefs homemade hot sauce, omg so good.

Gross, disgusting. Overpriced abs rude, I try to support local business but this guy is not helping himself, then he complains when a chain coffee shop takes over.

They are fast!
Ice coffees are GREAT!!! You can get a shot of espresso in it if you need the kick. They will make a hot mocha and they steam the milk!
Hot food and salad....generous and do not diss the burritos!!!! They are huge and you can get shrimp or salmon in it. They will make them with more or less of what you want in them. I have a sensitivity to chili so they don’t put it in.
Their hot deli foods made made fresh daily!
We go here all the time and also stock our fridge with their tuna and egg salad.

Great hot pastrami for $8! Good quick staff, friendly. Ignore spoiled 1 star review too lazy to come in for great food! New brights menu signs. Soda and side included.

Best food on the UWS!!! Saw this store get redone into different stages over the years and like wine, this deli got better over the years. I can 110% vouch for them. The owner is an amazing person and loves to please all his customers.

Corner deli that offers a wide selection of food breakfast through dinner. I particularly enjoy the make-your-own pasta combo along with the hot bar, which typically serves up chicken, pepper steak, salmon, pasta along with several vegetable sides. Their burger and fries and philly cheese combos are pretty decent. They also offer fresh salad options. A bit pricy, especially post renovation, and delivery takes awhile.

Been ordering from here during Covid-19, and they consistently take too long for delivery. Although the prices are reasonable, it might be my last time due to this.

Straightforward NYC deli. No frills, but great selection of drinks and lunch/dinner items.

This is our go-to deli since we live right around the corner. I decided to take a chance and try the salmon with creamed spinach and rice. I would never think of ordering salmon at a deli and wow, was I pleasantly surprised! Nice, thick, fresh pieces cooked to perfection. Now I purchase it regularly to feed the kids. Better than chicken fingers and fries or pizza.

These folks are literally the biggest a-holes in NYC. And that is saying something. If you are not a local New Yorker you are absolutely not welcome! They won't serve you,they won't help you, and they will belittle you.

I love having a 24 hr cafe, this one is good and cheap. You can get a lot of bang for your buck. They also have flowers that's open 24/7 as well.

I came here because I was lost and I had my 13year old in tow with attitude because he was starving. Ordered an omelette it was flat, dry and not exciting in any way, even made my stomach hurt after for a few hours. My kid had 2 dogs with fries, I tried a couple of his fries, they were pretty good. Service was decent, grill cook took away the food after I tried to reach for it thinking it wasn't mine, so I went to go pay for it first, hopeful he would give it back .. lol. Cashier then told me to get my food, I said I can't because he took it way when I reached for it! Whatever, maybe

Was looking for a quick, inexpensive lunch and Amsterdam Deli did not disappoint! The combo meal (burger, fries, and a can of soda) came to ~$9 after tax and included a lot of food! Fries were solid too.

I had the veggie burger (although you can choose a beef or turkey burger as well), and while it didn't look homemade it hit the spot. Full of veggies and slightly crisp from the grill. Not a black bean burger which is a positive for me. Will be back!

The attitudes in the men working in this place make my food taste nasty. I had the displeasure of overhearing a cashier make disparaging comments about a black female customer in Spanish. Same cashier ran my card without stating a total first and walked away to answer a phone order, leaving my card unattended on the counter after sending me to retrieve my "free soda."

I honestly used to love this spot... but they have really been failing me. I haven't been able to get ahold of them for days now. Their phone line rings twice and doesn't ring after that. Their online ordering system doesn't have my hot food options, so ordering there is a risk of getting things I don't want. And I can't call to fix it. So again haven't been able to order from here for a while now.

The workers are super nice, but the owner who was at the register at the time I went, is an awful guy to costumers and his employees. He charge me more than it says at the menu, and when I told this to him, he just proceeded to yell at me and to the poor nice worker who did my meal. Other then that, as I said, the food is good.

Horrible service and horrible food. Went in at 2:15am and asked for a chicken quesadilla. Got cold chicken on a cold tortilla and after spending $11 and asking to at least warm up and told "they're busy"

The sandwiches here from the grill station are EXCEPTIONAL to say the least. In particular the one with chicken and pastrami. Mercy me that is one heck of a sando. Not to mention the prices of them are excellent considering they come with chips and a can of pop. Good selection of drinks and snacks overall at the deli. Very clean store. Feeling blessed and highly favored to be able to frequent this establishment

Probably the best local deli in the area. Always clean, reasonable prices, great selection, very friendly service. Plenty of seating.

Called and said I was disappointed and was told my sub looks like this because I opted out of adding on peppers and onions. Gimme a break!

This is a great place for some cheap breakfast and lunch items. The prices are hard to beat and they have a wide range of sandwiches, burgers, salads, breakfast items, etc. My wife and I often come here when we're too lazy to cook but not wanting to splurge on a $30 sitdown breakfast.

And they've got good iced coffee too!

Neighborhood Manhattan deli with Brooklyn prices. I have been coming here for a couple years now and have gotten constantly high quality food. Best part is as a regular I always receive a warm reception.

My only complaint is that I received somewhat overcooked sandwiches a few times that left a burnt aftertaste. However, the times I received an imperfect sandwich are few in number compared to the amount of times my sandwich was created to my exact liking.
