My hat is off to Brian at BT Marine. My boat was showing zero oil pressure on one engine. Brian was recommended to me by a boating friend, so I gave him a call. When I described the circumstances over the phone, he said that it sounded like either an electrical problem or a problem with the sending unit.... and not so much a problem with the actual oil pump in the engine. That sounded good, but I was still apprehensive and made an appointment to have Brian take a look at it.
It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment (and it's more like three weeks now) due to being the start of boating

We had a quote from another boat service last fall when we had our boat winterized. There were several items that needed attention and the cost was fairly high. We called BT Marine and Brian gave us a ballpark quote over the phone from this list we read off. His price for everything was much more reasonable, so we made an appointment to drop off the boat for repairs. 6 days later we got a final quote and it was less than he had thought it might be and the job was finished the following day. This year has been the busiest boating season for my family and I in quite some time. We were taking our boat out twice, sometimes 3 times a week. My boat started to develop and shifting issue when attempting to shift into forward gear. It would attempt to accelerate before forward was fully engaged causing a very noticeable grind. With labor day coming up and knowing boat repairs can take up to several weeks, I was hesitant to bring my boat in for service thinking I would just wait until the end of the season- so that I can enjoy Labor day out in the lake. If I could give these guys zero stars I would. Story line.... when I dropped my boat off to these guys last year, my boat was working. I just asked them to fix an exhaust leak and check the boat to make sure everything was ok. They informed me that I had some bad pistons and I should have them replaced. I agreed to the work, and my boat was out of commission for about 2-3 months waiting on them to finish. 1,500 bucks later, they call me and tell me the boat is ready.

Took my boat in to have a service as season is here, they were referred buy my marina. Bt marine an and his team serviced my outdrive, datiled my boat and cockpit incredibly well, and did not upsell in any way. They were great and glad I know where they are located. Will not go anywhere else again and am telling all my boating people. Great work, thank you.

Brian and his team at BT Marine are top-notch professionals in the marine maintenance field. He recently helped me in numerous ways with the acquisition of a 30' Regal which he had been maintaining for the previous owner. The boat is ten years old, but thanks to Brian's care (and the previous owner's attention to detail) the boat really shines like new and is clean as a whistle.
For me, Brian handled inspection & repairs, which were completed as promised and with high quality. He was also super-helpful in taking delivery of a trailer and arranging for the boat to be transported

I am getting my boat ready for sale and had Brian and his crew do some hull repairs/detail work to get it looking good for market. They worked magic, removed a bunch of scratches, and made it shine like new. Also, had it ready when they promised, which is rare in the marine/boating industry. Big fan.

I called Brian to service my boat and he made time out of his busy schedule to repair it where it's located on the water. I've had several techs look at the ballast tanks that we're leaking into the hull and they were not able to track the leak. Brian quickly diagnosed the issue and fix the problem. He was fair with his price.
