Auburn Outboard Marine

Friend bought a new boat from here. Accessories took a long time, weeks to be installed and still never finished. Boat was purchased over 2 months ago and has only had the boat in possession for maybe 2 weeks of that time. Had an appointment to have accessories finished being installed and they have had it for a month still even with an appointment. Poor customer service, very poor communication, and poor excuses for why nothing is done. This place has had a bad reputation for a long time and now I see why.

Parts department Bob is very helpful. Bought my first boat there in fall 2018. I won't buy another one there and the next one won't be an Alumacraft. Live and learn. Like I said Bob is good and helpful but sales dept saw me coming.

Bought my boat 2 years ago. Got the boat I wanted ,all the options I wanted. Everything was installed and set up correctly, no problems. Great service, parts people that knows what they're doing. Talk to Mike or Bill they will definitely do you right.

These guys have been great. We had many issues with manufacturers being shut down and parts and pieces getting lost in the shuffle due to covid. Auburn outboard has gone above and beyond for me. They have personally taken care of every issue! I wouldn't buy a boat anywhere else.

We were treated like family! So glad we purchased our pontoon boat from these people. Everybody we came in contact there, remembered our names. We had come in several times looking for what we wanted, and every time we came in, they called us by name. I would recommend Auburn Outboard Marine to anyone looking to purchase a new boat.

Early June, I got my chance to purchase a 190 Explorer Boat. After 2 years of waiting, that dream came true.
The boat was prepped and ready for me on June 19th. Sadly I had to attend a home going for my closest friends sister in Oakland on top of a meeting in Roseville for work. I called and told them I would be there but based on traffic I would arrive after closing. Maria in sales let k e know they would wait for me. 5:00 turned into 5:45 to 6:00pm. Michael the owner called me at 6:10 and asked what my ETA was. I said I would be there at 6:23pm. Michael and his staff stayed there until I arrived

They were the only dealer that had my boat in stock. They were very laid back and easy to work with. They stock many accessories and the prices weren't that bad. I knew what I wanted when I walked in there and they had it. I would definitely give them my business again.

I just wanted to say I had the best experience purchasing my boat at Auburn Outboard Marine! Mike and Maria were both extremely helpful. I started working on the layout of the boat that I wanted with Mike back in March and sure enough, he delivered the exact boat that I was looking for. Mike continues to be there for me and answer any questions I may have that make my boating experience easier..

We recently purchased a new 17' Gregor from Auburn Outboard Marine and had a great experience doing business with Mike, the owner. He was very helpful during the ordering process and kept us updated on the final delivery date. When we picked the boat up, the mechanic went over everything, giving us an informative briefing on do's and don'ts for all the equipment. The people who work at Auburn Marine are professional and helpful, and we are very pleased with our new boat.
