Bounce Back Fitness is a personal training studio. We do all the fitness exercises you would expect, but our claim to fame is working with clients who have injuries or physical challenges. We work with all ages. From kids to seniors. Feed off of the ENERGY in the room! You are only competing with yourself, but it is always nice to see other people kicking-butt right by your side.
Bounce Back Fitness was created by Phill C. who has his Bachelors in Physical Therapy. All sessions, group or individual, have modifications that will allow any one to participate. Don't let your bad knees, injured back, or stiff shoulders stop you.

My first spin class was a month ago with Shelly. All I have to say is.......OMG!!! She takes her class to another level, full body workout while on the bike, singing, sweating and every one leaves the class with a big smile. Thank you Shelly for making me feel welcomed. EXCELLENT CLASS EVERY WEEK!!!!

My wife and I have been receiving circuit and strength training at Bounce Back Fitness. Our coach is Richard Rosenblum who is excellent. He challenges us to excel, is well-informed, and keeps the pace going. His sessions are never boring, too demanding or too easy. Each session includes something new in the mix which builds upon what we've previously learned.

Here we go seeking for a great trainer and a place that cares no contract just let's get back to fitness! Now, since I'm from BKLYN NY, but live in NJ seeking a gym that you feel right not just about money or contracts! Thank you TRX website! I found Phil at Bounce Back Fitness, after trying kickboxing and crossfit and experience pain maybe lack of position and not knowing if you are doing it correct. Phil and his staff are very caring and having the experience to have a physical therapist as your trainer even better! Let's say I was scared at first but after trying the free class
