Capital West Limousine Service offers a wide range of limousine and car transportation services that also include many different types of vehicles. We offer Luxury Stretch Limousine, Executive Sedan and SUV services as well Van services for those needing more room. We also offer exceptional airport car services from and to the SeaTac airport and the Seattle Cruise Terminals.
Standard Cancellations: Airport/Cruise Port 48 hours. Hourly 7 Days. Weddings 14 Days. School Dances are Final and 50% deposit at time of booking balance 7 days prior reservation. Failure to cancel in allotted time will result in full charges with no refunds. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

Wonderful service! I took an SUV from Olympia to Sea-Tac and everything was so easy - Online reservation and payment, on time pickup, nice, clean car with water, wifi and phone chargers. Michael was my driver and he was extremely nice, informative on the drive, drove safely and made the drive through Friday afternoon traffic enjoyable. I will definitely use Capital West on my next visit and have already recommended them to my local friends.

I had a somewhat complex situation needing one person picked up from one location then other from another taken to yet another location and they made what was somewhat of an overwhelming situation into something most enjoyable.
From speaking with Baurice on the admin side setting up my request to the driver Jimmy's professionalism and courtesy I was able to really enjoy and get the best experience from the evening that I could have hoped for. Highly recommended!

Baurice made our trip to and from Vegas for my boyfriends dirty 30 simple, fun and memorable. They send automated text confirmations when the driver leaves to come get you and when he arrives.
The limo was clean, beverages were provided and service was wonderful. We look forward to using them as our limo service again in the future. Thank you!

I would like to take a second to rave about the exceptional service received from Capital West Limo service. Growing up in the area, and with a large family of my own with numerous high school aged kids, there is no other limo service I would call for any event from rides to the airport, high school dances, or any other special occasion. Capital West Limos has good drivers who are on time. However, if you are ever stuck at an airport due to bad weather or any other issue you need to contact the owner Mr. Baurice Nelson directly. If you leave a message with one his employees informing them that your flight is delayed you may end up paying an additional fee of $25 or double the original fee. If you make a cancelation ensure it is 48 hours out. I canceled 39 hours out and was still charged and not reimbursed the money. In a case like that he will apply the charged fee as a future credit. In my case I will not use the credit or use

I have had the pleasure of using this business 3 times, and would not hesitate to use them again.
Initially, I secured a large limo for my daughters graduation ceremony, for the family. The chauffeur was punctual, and even politely assisted my aging mother in law into the vehicle. The limo itself smelled good when we got in, it was sparkling clean, and there were some refreshments for us, if we desired.

Was not in the car when we saw the car parked outside .Waited went back inside hotel to gave them call the driver, Non friendly argued wih him about not being to greet us never open the car door got lost, At arrival he never open the car door .Again saw the car when leaving our event waited finally he came by again did not bother to open the car doors. Slience on the way back to the Hotel and drove in a manner that was way beyound the speed limit. DID NOT FEEL SAFE WE OPEN OUR OWN DOORS DID NOT SAY THANK YOU DRIVER STAYED IN THE CAR .
