Limo was 30 minutes late...driving from Olympia to N Tacoma...pretty sure you can check Google for travel times...after pick up took our HS kids to a picture location 10 minutes away...the young adults told the driver the Bluetooth wasn't working...after the driver tried to figure it out they now had no Bluetooth and no AC...it was also a very warm day...the driver did have a Bluetooth speaker (makes you wonder if this is a normal occurrence)... this was a celebration for their own Prom night...they drove to a location 45 min away...by the time they got there the boys were way overheated from

We used their service for prom. They arrived late due to traffic (which was fine). The teenagers all got in and realized right away the none of the controls in the back worked. They told the driver at their first stop and he told them he'd see if he could fix it while they were out taking photos. When they got back in, he was very apologetic but told them he couldn't fix it and gave them a Bluetooth speaker to use. They were happy to have music but with ten of them in the car on a warm day, and an hour's drive to the restaurant, they were hot and sweaty when they arrived. It was

Best decision ever! I took three of my daughters & the Brides best friend from Olympia to Vancouver, Portland and Beaverton searching for the perfect wedding dress! We sprinkled in brunch, pedicures and dinner and enough wine to keep us busy the entire time. 12 hours is a long time with five girls & a tight schedule but our driver was AMAZING!! Communication was 10/10, patience and personality were necessary, and we had an absolute blast!

Due to COVID, our daughters wedding venue had to cancel with 24 hours notice to the bride. The day of the wedding I called to see if we could surprise the bridal party with a limo ride to the venue. Dave was delighted to help and after a little juggling of cars was able to secure a stretch on a few hours notice. My wife and I needed transportation from Lacey, WA to SEATAC on short notice. I contacted Tyler Limo and received a verbal quote that seemed fair. The dispatcher was polite and helped with estimated travel time and costs. He assured me that their drivers were experienced and trustworthy.

Tyler Limousine gave us classy memories of an amazing day, taking friends from Olympia to the Westport Winery. Our driver texted me a reminder the day before and also the morning of, to let us know he was on his way. He arrived exactly on time, took care of details like opening the door for us and holding an umbrella, even though it was barely sprinkling, making us feel like royalty! The limo was clean, the ride was amazingly smooth, and we were supplied with beverages, glassware and ice. It was the first time (not the last) that we used Tyler Limousine. It was also the first time we ever went to Zoo Lights. We (my wife and I) took my parents and my niece and nephew.
