We are a full service power washing company using professional equipment, accessories and tested cleaning techniques. We use environmentally friendly detergents and stain removers specifically suited to the surfaces we are cleaning. These products are safe for people, animals and plants. Water pressure is adjusted for each surface we wash.
In one afternoon we can wash away years of dirt, mold, mildew pollen, moss, algae, bird droppings and spider webs restoring a fresh well maintained appearance to your home and prolonging the appealing lifespan of painted surfaces, vinyl siding, wood, brick and concrete. Then we wash your homes exterior at low pressure to remove dirt pollen and other organic matter that mold, moss and algae feed on.
Our cleaning process removes organic soiling, mold, moss, algae and grayed wood fibers exposing fresh new wood underneath. Our 3 step cleaning procedure achieves superior results without the use of high pressure or harsh chemical cleaners. First we apply a pretreatment to loosen mold, moss, algae, organic soiling and grayed wood fibers.
Concrete has a rough porous surface that easily absorbs contaminants making it difficult for the homeowner to clean, and even smaller homes can have over 1,000 square feet of drives and walks that could take days for a homeowner to complete. Our professional 3 step cleaning procedure achieves superior results without the use of damaging high pressure or caustic chemicals.
Our orbital floor scrubber uses mechanical agitation (80 rotations and 1700 oscillations per minute) to release ground in soiling from tile surfaces and scrub deep into grout lines. Our cleaning procedures can restore the appearance of tile and grout lines without the use of harsh chemical cleaners or damaging high pressure cleaning.

Had my deck power washed and sealed. It was in really bad shape. The wood looked washed-out and was covered with dirt and green stuffs. I really didn't have high expectations about what could be done to make it look better, but after Water Wolf did their magic, it looks almost new. I am pleasantly surprised with the results. If you need thorough, high-quality work done, you can't go wrong with this company.

I had Water Wolf Power Washing clean and seal my exterior concrete, driveways, walkways, and patio. I had never had my concrete power washed before. It was so dirty that when it rained, my driveway and patio looked black. Not to mention all the moss and algae that had built up on the surface. When they were done cleaning all of that was gone. They returned the next day to seal the concrete. Now when it rains the water beads on the surface. Very happy with the work.

This was my first time using Water Wolf Power Washing. I get my home pressure washed every 2-3 years. I thought the contractors I hired before were doing a good job. The results I got from Water Wolf Power Washing were superior. My home was the cleanest it's been in years. He was even able to remove rust stains from brick and vinyl siding. Very pleased!
