Soft washing is a term that is becoming much more commonly used in the pressure washing and roof cleaning industries. It simply means to clean a given exterior using a much softer amount of pressure than most would traditionally associate with a pressure washing company. In fact, most of the exterior cleaning services performed by today's professionals would fall under the soft washing umbrella.

Recently had Pro Tek come to my home to power wash my vinyl siding that had accumulated a lot of green algae. I was looking for a company that would take into account of cleaning without damaging the siding. The workmanship that Dan and Ryan provided was everything that was described during our conversation. Pro Tek Power Washing provided excellent service from the moment I called. Dan promptly scheduled an appointment to provide a quote, during which he explained clearly what the job would entail and what I could expect. The cleaning of our home, garage, and pavers actually exceeded my expectations. Dan and Ryan are not only really personable guys, they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work!

Dan did the power washing at our home. We expected to have to wait for service, but he came in the week I contacted him. He thoroughly explained how the process worked and took the time to talk to us about areas of special concern. The results were nothing short of amazing. The house looks newly painted! This was the first time we had the process done, but we will be using Dan again - before the house looks as dirty as it did this time. So nice to deal with a friendly business man who responds to calls quickly!

I stumbled upon Dan and his business from Google Reviews, and received the 5 star service that others left him as a review. He's a real professional, great equipment and knowledge how to use it. He took the time to explain everything to me as well, which I really appreciated, including level-setting expectations for where he couldn't work miracles with the power cleaning, or a certain area was going to lose paint if he washed it, etc. Price was reasonable and I'd be happy to recommend to friends and family (already have!).

We hired Pro Tek to power wash the siding on our home. Dan, who is the owner, was courteous, prompt, and explained the whole process. He came out this week and was very detail oriented assuring everything, including our gutters were left with no stains. We couldn't be happier with the results. The siding and gutters look as good as the day they were installed! We highly recommend Dan!

Very professional and did a great job. Dan outlined the scope of work when he gave me the quote. As promised, he called ahead when he finished his earlier job to tell me when he'll arrive exactly. He made sure I understood what will be done with a walkaround before they started. Stubborn stains were attacked with brushes manually. My north-facing vinyl siding was heavily stained with mold and mildew, but was totally clean when they were done. Dirt and stains elsewhere and on garage doors and exterior of windows were also cleared. The attached before/after photos speak for themselves. Great job
