Russ is the person to call if any love ones go to jail. I am from Texas and my family is from Miami. I called Russ and he answered my call right away and explained everything that need it to happen to get my family out . First time dealing with jail situation and he made sure your love ones get out in less than 24h period. I would highly recommend this bail bonding firm to anyone. I'm from Virginia and Russ was very helpful in every step of the process since my initial contact with him. He was thorough, explained Florida laws and how bail bonding works in Florida. Very professional, he addressed all my questions...and concerns! His process was quick and simple. Always answered the phone; if his secretary answered and you needed Russ, she will get you to him...never had to leave a voicemail. All of this while I was still in Virginia. Even under unfortunate circumstances, definitely made the process easy.

This was my first time going through the process, I was in another county away from home. I needed to reach a local bail bond for help. I called the Bail Bond Firm and Russ answered the phone. He walked me through the whole process and explained everything to me. Russ was God sent at that moment of desperation and confusion. Russ was very courteous, professional and very patient :). He kept me updated throughout the day. Even after everything was done, he called to follow up on us after we got home. That is great customer service at its best.

I live in New York. I received a devasting phone call 2:30am in the morning. I needed a bondsman. I called Russ and he answered right away.
