As others have said Rhonda is amazing. She isn't a wedding coordinator, but sure did a lot to make our wedding day fantastic. Her work was so seamless and so through the catering was never a thought or a concern. It was my wedding day and the service was so outstanding and professional I was able to fully focus on enjoying my day and not concern myself with anything else. All special requests all needs, all requirements were met with complete perfection. There was zero, zero, zero issue or drama.

Now the food.
OMG. First it was gorgeous

Rhonda and her team were amazing. She helped me and my husband navigate having to reschedule our wedding due to COVID. She was always available to answer every email and call I made. The wedding day was perfect; even though we ended up with about half of our original guest count, the team did everything to make it surpass my expectations. We did not hire a wedding planner and really had no need to due to Rhonda's diligence and efficiency. I would use this company for any event in the future.

Saucy Salamander catered our recent wedding and thanks to Rhonda and the wonderful team at Saucy Salamander, it really was the fantastic celebration we had hoped to share with our family and friends. The food was beautiful, delicious and remarkable. Literally. Each guest we have spoken with since just loved the food and many said that it was the best wedding dinner they have ever had (with several mentions of the Saucy Salad alone)!

Rhonda and her team set the room perfectly. Thanks to her many years of experience as an approved caterer at our venue, they transformed the space into an elegant

Saucy Salamander catered a wedding and reception for us in May, 2019 and we were thrilled with everything they did for us!
Rhonda was so warm and friendly and, above all, absolutely wonderful to work with...she quickly understood our ideas and was able to offer us expert advice and many helpful suggestions. She guided us through every step of the process with gentle reminders and great enthusiasm!
On the wedding day, it was evident that Rhonda and her staff were making every effort to help us host a very special and fabulous celebration. Our guests praised their professional manners, efficient

I just can't say enough about Rhonda and the team at Saucy Salamander Catering! Not only was the food delicious (we had numerous guests say it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding!), but the service that Rhonda provides is outstanding.

We selected our caterer early on in the wedding planning process, and Rhonda stepped up early on to help me in any way possible. Since I didn't hire any kind of wedding planner, her help was so appreciated and relieved a lot of stress.

On the day of the wedding, she arrived with her team early and ensured that every detail of the reception

Saucy Salamander catered my wedding. They were one of the few approved by the Chesapeake Bay Foundation headquarters. My wedding was years ago, but this has been bothering me since so I finally want to write a review about it.

The food was delicious, certainly. And the caterer helped plan with chairs, tables, and linens, which was very helpful.

My big complaint is that we told the caterer that we wanted to keep the leftovers because we had friends and family staying with use for the next couple days. But at the end of the wedding, when my appointed friend went to the caterer to get the

The location on Riva Road has been vacant for a number of months this year.

Recently discovered that the quaint little sandwich shop has moved from it's listed location to an inside location on the grounds of the Homestead Gardens on Rt 214 in Davidsonville.

Saucy salamander catered my wedding. I only interviewed one caterer. The first time I sat down with Rhonda, I knew I wanted to use her. Our lunch that day was so delicious - chicken salad, on a buttery croissant (I am not usually a fan of fruit and/or nuts in chicken salad but... YUM!) She was so kind and open to my mom, my grandmother and I. My grandmother is ill and she was aware - she was especially kind to her and promised to make my wedding day special for us. She did! She made my big day completely stress free. I had a server with me making sure I ate the entire evening - thank god, I never

Always had ideas of trying this place for a change of pace, and frankly now I wish I hadn't bothered. As others said it's tucked away in a office building compound and although the courtyard with tables is quite charming, the inside is a hodge podge of furnishings that reminds one of everything from a school cafetaria or office break room, to a self service coffee house. Nothing really made sense, but hey I was getting things to go so the heck with the ambiance.

We ordered a reuben and a ham and pineapple on a croissant (had a cutesy name but cannot recollect it), with sodas and two

Saucy Salamander catered our wedding. Rhonda and her team were excellent! The food was fantastic, the wedding reception was run flawlessly, the service was attentive and professional, and Rhonda is fun and eager to please. She is friendly, energetic, and very encouraging. When we said "brunch" she was happy to discuss bunch ideas but equally happy to hear our ideas. She made key lime pie milkshakes and mini pancakes on toothpicks at our request. She gave good advice on how to set up the venue and was a great help throughout the planning process from meeting at the venue to picking the

Huge portions for a reasonable price, what a fun twist on a French cafe. I recommend the "make your own" salad and sandwiches. Their pesto chicken salad is delish. HIdden away in between offices it's a nice mid-day oasis. Why go back to work when you can dine outdoors among the flowers? I was also pleasantly surprised that they do weddings here.

There is a old world charm in the courtyard that is hidden between two buildings filled with Doctors. Upon entering the friendly staff announced the daily specials and invited you to seat yourself.
The menu is small with soup, sandwiches & salads. The table next to me had salads and the portion size was ginormous! I decided on the daily soup special, Italian Wedding and the Foxy beef sandwich. The waitress indicated this sandwich was her favorite.
The soup was great. The little meatballs were made with Italian sausage. The Foxy Beef had Black Mustard, a first for me. The Black mustard

This is a tucked-away little gem (only for breakfast and lunch) that serves above-average food. Good for lunches with friends where you have (or want) lots of time just to talk and refill your coffee.
