Dustin is the most professional and knowledgeable A/C repair person I have dealt with. He took time to explain my numerous questions. He comes across as absolutely trustworthy and honest. He wasn't trying to push replacements or repairs I didn't need he just explained the benefits and cost. My unit is now in good shape but if I ever need repairs I'll use Air Control and request Dustin.

Very professional, both the initial call and service tech. Tech was knowledgeable and explained in detail what the issues were.

I can always rely on this company to address my needs as quickly as possible. They have made repairs or replacements only when needed. They have fixed problems that another company made. Greg usually has come out for inspection and repairs and he is friendly kind and efficient. This morning Zack came out and did a preventive inspection and cleaning and replaced a necessary part that was not functioning properly. I find him to be honest and knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I am so glad that I found air control as I can always count on them.

The staff makes myself as a customer Feel My issue or problem is never too small. Air Control replaced my hvac system & added ducting to my home. From the initial contact they were customer service orientated & focused on the best solution for me. There was no hard selling involved & I am very satisfied with the price I paid. They worked within my schedule & the install team was professional, polite, & efficient. I highly recommend this fine example of a service company!

Over the summer my air conditioner went out. They got a new one as fast as they could for me. They were fast, and professional. They just got done doing an inspection of the plumbing in the house and made recommendations for what needs to be done. They aren't pushy like other companies in town. I am definitely sticking with these guys. Great people. Fair prices. I have no complaints.

Definitely recommend this business. We got to our AZ home late on a Friday night hearing a water noise in the wall called Saturday morning to get someone out to look at it spoke with their answering service which had the tech call me within 30 minutes and out within the hour. Super thankful for a business that has such quick response times. The plumber was able to do the repair same day which found a leak from where the main enters the house.

Air Control just completed its first service call after installing a new HVAC system. They installed 2 mini-splits (garage and Great Room) and a new Trane HVAC system, and completed ALL of the work in one day, with no issues. We had worked with another local firm before this, but will never shop anywhere else! Air Control technicians are professional, and thorough. They explain things thoroughly, and if you're interested, will make suggestions for improving efficiency, such as checking for leaks in the duct system.
