Services
The reason we're called the Boston Center for Oral Health is because we provide all the services that a patient could need; from routine care to root canals, from gum surgery to implants. Everybody wants white teeth and beautiful smiles. Our mission is to provide compassionate care. We have our systems down.
When we treat emergency patients, we believe that the most important thing is the availability of a professional and their willingness to provide the patient with direction to resolve their emergency. We begin this process in a timely manner by connecting you to an expert at BCOH. One of the most frustrating things for patients is trying to get access to proper care and instead, being met with limitless recorded phone options.
Many of you are attending school in the greater Boston area, some go to Berkeley, BU, MIT, Harvard, the list goes on. Occasionally dental problems arise and you wish you were at home to deal with them. Unfortunately, your network of support which includes your family and the family dentist may be far away.
Our patients are unique, which is why our board-certified Boston dentists provide dental care that's customized. We take a preventative approach to dental health, tailoring a preventative program to fit each patient's individual needs.

A preventative program is a cooperative effort by the patient, dentist and dental staff to preserve the natural dentition and supporting structures by preventing the onset, progress, and recurrence of dental diseases and conditions.Avoiding dental disease starts at home with good oral hygiene and a balanced diet.
A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by one of our experienced Boston dentists at your initial visit. Examination of diagnostic X-rays: Dental X-rays help determine tooth and root positions and are essential for the detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. Oral cancer screening: We check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Morreale and the staff at Boston Center for Oral Health. They have literally changed my life.
A little background. I have TMJ, and a few years ago found my self without insurance and stopped dealing with it altogether. Then, about 2 1/2 years ago my jaw became locked on one side. Due to my insurance and financial situation, I still could not do anything about it. Due to many factors, including the pandemic, I was not able to deal with it until January 2021, when it finally became too painful and difficult to eat any solid foods.
That's unfortunately when

I got the strongest recommendation I possibly could for this place: my old dentist's kid goes here.
They're a fantastic outfit; everyone that I've dealt with has been professional and capable. They won't try and sell you a bunch of bogus work. So glad I found them.

Dr. Pastan is the consummate professional. Warm, confident and exceptionally competent. Even as she had a more complex effort with my root canal, she was able to teach and compliment her assistant, David, a student, which I found to be extraordinary. She’s a rare combination as a professional.

This is a tremendous dental practice. It has stat-of-the-art equipment and procedures for cleanings and more involved procedures. Dr. Moreale is an excellent dentist, who is very knowledgeable and very concerned with practing dentistry without pain. My hygienist, Laura, is also exceptional performing my cleanings.

If you are looking for the best dentist in Boston, look no further. Dr. Morreale is the best you will find! His office in the one of the greatest locations in Boston, and his staff is an A+ team. Extraordinarily clean, so I felt safe getting a cleaning even during the pandemic. Everyone is so friendly, supportive and always goes above and beyond. I am so thankful I found The Boston Center for Oral Health.

While I think the work of this practice is average, I felt that there was a great deal of pressure to buy an oral apparatus that cost over $5000 on the first visit. Little detail and an even more vague promise that insurance would "likely" pay for some of it. A demand for a downpayment of half of the cost on the spot. it was clear they had no intention of checking insurance or filing and when asked about prior patient's experiences, there was little information. Also strong suggestion to like them on Yelp or FB. I'd give them a 2.5 stars. The work is good; the atmosphere

I cannot say enough great things about Boston Center for Oral Health! I was sent to see Dr. Morreale for the sleep study he is conducting. Since signing on for the study and receiving an oral device to help me sleep better at night, I am feeling 10 yrs younger. I have more energy and have experienced some weight loss since I can once again move around without getting tired. The visits are always pleasant and the staff is so friendly. I wish I had discovered Boston Center for Oral Health YEARS ago.

I am not a big FAN of getting dental work. There is NOTHING worse than listening to the drill, the scraping, all of it. There is not ONE THING pleasant about going to the dentist . . . EXCEPT for going to BCOH. Seriously. I cannot stress ENOUGH how truly remarkable this place is!

I landed in the Emergency Room on New Years Eve in AGONIZING pain from a tooth that had cracked and the nerve was just wreaking havoc. I have broken bones, given birth, even had a severe corneal ulceration from a long fingernail in a basketball game . . . none of that even touched the pain I was in.

All of the dentists and staff are so kind and comforting. I'm having all of my dental work done here - a project I should have started long ago - and they have all eased my fears and made me feel good about this huge undertaking.

I was just charged $500(!) for a 5-10 minutes exam that didn't even include X-Rays nor mapping of the fillings/other issues I have in my teeth. That's after I was told over the phone that the exam will be less than $500 and the price includes X-Rays (which are responsible for the high cost). This is a complete FRAUD!

I moved to Boston recently and had to find a new dentist, which is the reason I came here in the first place. My former doctor was also pricier than the rest of the market, but at least was very thorough, honest, and was able to tell me exactly the problems I have with my

I normally don't enjoy dentist visits, but I had a wonderful experience in this office! I was seen exactly at my appointment time, all staff were very friendly, and all aspects of the office space were well set up. I came in for both a cleaning and an analysis of some jaw issues. The woman who performed the cleaning gave me great advice and recommendations for gum health and Dr. Morreale was able to explain the issues with my jaw in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Five star experience:)

Absolutely ridiculous! 2 weeks ago I made an appointment with Dr. Hans-Peter Weber because this is who my dentist referred me to. Today I show up for the appt and I am told I am 1 hr late. No way I got it wrong (I write everything down) AND THAT THE DENTIST I REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT WITH, Dr. Weber, DOES NOT WORK THERE on Thursdays. What kind if place is this that they would be so careless and cavalier in making a simple appointment? I wonder if Dr Weber know what a poor impression whoever is making there appointments gives. Now I am told I can't see Dr. Weber until OCTOBER 5th...oh but I

It's a dentist, and I don't like going to the dentist, so it's hard for me to shout woohoo for this place. But I can't think of any reason whatsoever that this particular dentists' office wouldn't deserve 5 stars. In brief:

- Friendly, helpful, thorough staff and dentists.
- Efficient: Whenever I've come in for an appointment, the hygienist comes out to get me from the waiting room within 10 minutes. Doctors' offices, take note...
- Solid billing support: I had a few kinks when I first used a new dental insurance, but they were more than willing to work

This was the second time i went to this office. The first time was with a groupon and i had a full cleaning, x-rays, and exam. The office is nice and the staff are friendly but the cost of a cleaning is ridiculously overpriced. The technician performing the cleanind did a good job but the doctor came in the room for less than 2 minutes and looked in my mouth for less than 30 seconds and had 0 conversation with me. The cost was over $200. I have experienced the same service where i actually get an exam by the dentist rather than feel like he was popping in as a formality and charging me for an exam

BCOH is a highly expert dental office. Check out their website and read the dentist and staff profiles -- it doesn't get much more expert than that.

What I was looking for:

1. expertise -- I am tired of C-average dentists who recommend treatments because that's what they heard in one class in which they did not fall asleep in dental school, but miss other issues that need more immediate attention
2. location -- I prefer not to waste time in transit
3. availability -- they were able to schedule me for the next day (due to a cancellation I guess), otherwise a couple of weeks out (which
