We cannot believe our luck finding Peter. The property sale was as well managed as it could have possibly been at each and every turn. Peter is super fast, super clear, super on it, and knows the business from all angles. There were NO surprises and this was a complicated sale involving a tenant in place and other factors - not an easy feat. Peter killed it. Really just can't recommend him more - this is your guy!

We had a fantastic experience with Peter. We purchased our home during COVID-19 where face to face interaction was limited by necessity. Despite this limitation, Peter was always available, responsive, and helpful in answering all of our questions. We were purchasing a new construction home and he helped us navigate the pros and cons of that situation wonderfully. During the 2020 pandemic we had a crazy idea: Let’s move to Pacific Grove! We searched online for realtors and Peter’s was the first name that popped up. We didn’t search further because, frankly, we weren’t too serious. We’re sure glad we landed on Peter, because when we did get serious, things did not go at all smoothly. But Peter was always there, being completely transparent, even when it was bad news. He always presented multiple approaches, did his best to keep us calm, and found a way for us to move forward.
