I’ve rented several homes from Gorman Real Estate and they are one of the best in the business. The homes they manage are extremely well-maintained, clean, and in good working order. They are fast to respond to email, phone calls, and service requests. I can’t recommend them enough. Steve and the office staff are all wonderful to work with.

Been working with Gorman Property management for my house in PG... Their services were beyond and above my expectations. While I was living in Florida, they took care of all issues, and sent all monthly report and payment a few days before the end of each month. Whenever I had questions and asked them, their answers were real-time. But there haven't been any serious issues in the first place. The best property management service you can imagine...

I had a wonderful experience of renting a house managed by Gorman Property Management. From application through check-out we were extremely satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy of the team at Gorman. Any minor maintenance issues we experienced were promptly and correctly resolved. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Gorman Property Management to prospective renters.

We rented through Gorman for about 4 years until the property owner decided to move back. We had nothing be great experiences with Gorman as the management company, they were friendly and responsive. When Gorman did the annual walkthroughs they noticed and fixed minor issues I hadn't even bothered to report. On move out we used one of their recommended cleaners and got a full refund on the deposit minus the agreed on cleaning fee within two weeks. Sadly they didn't have anything suitable for us on the market at the time or we would have gladly used them again.

My family and I spent 18 months living in Pacific Grove which was an absolute blessing. The town and it's people are fantastic! We were fortunate to find a home that met our needs but more importantly we found a property management team that far exceeded any of our expectations. Mr. Gorman and the two wonderful ladies who help him run the company (Gail and Mary) are kind, thoughtful, attentive and helpful. We barely had any issues with our home but when we did they were handled immediately and professionally. We are going to miss P.G., the people, and the Gorman Real Estate Team!
