I think ya'll are not so honest! You are as crooked as a branch and even then a branch can be straight up ! This is why I think this:
For one, I never asked you guys to bail no one out for me and two someone went into your office and had this person sign paperwork and you even told her not to date it you only had her sign for me. This was done at your Los Angeles office and til now I still don't know where you are located. Then you still have the nerve to call me and tell me that no one has ever been to your office to sign that it was all done on-line, now just how honest are you people or better

Had the most pleasant experience dealing w Mrs.Dakota I believe her name was then was very disappointed w the financial dpt who called to give me a courtesy reminder for a payment they were rude disrespectful when asked there name and to speak to a manager kept getting hung up on ...not to mention them arguing w me about my priorities I was given a first name when I called for soMeone I spoke w then when I called back after Being hung up on again I was told no one w the name they gave me even is working ...unbelievable who do I contact to actually talk to a manager because clearly they won&apos

Karla is absolutely incredible! She was able to help get my loved one out super fast. Never had to bail someone out before, but she made the experience super simple. Long story short so you know before you go here! This has been the second time dealing with these guys. First time around they were so difficult and all about the money not even worried about helping you in the situation you are in. Tristen was very rude even had the nerve to ask me "do you have the entire bail amount? If so you wouldn't need us" very rude! Normally I handle situations a certain way but I had to keep cool. NEVER ENDS WITH THIS PLACE. They claimed they posted BOND at a certain time- and the detention is saying they NEVER got it! So now he is being transferred else where! This is after calling them over and over again to tell ask what is going on.... Their agents are ALL over the place and do not have communication with each other... This company is SHADY.

Do NOT use them. Biggest scammers. I had to bail someone out. They did NOT tell me I needed an attorney RIGHT WAY to get the 8% premium - meaning I would have saved $700.00. I hired an attorney right after I posted and they would not honor. All the other "reputable" bond companies honor up to 30 days. This company is a bunch of sharks. Please go somewhere else and not have to deal with the numerous calls I made - they made not return calls to me - and trips to their office in Martinez.

I have a sad review regarding the customer service and compassion of this team. On 4/3/15,' I posted bail for a friend at 10am. I called several times that day and asked for status reports, I was told they were gathering paperwork for several clients who needed the same service, so not to worry they would be on their way any minute. They never went to post bail, in fact by 11pm, (13hours later) they had not gone to post his $5k bond so he could be released. OMG !!!!! I was so distressed over my BF getting arrested for a DUI and Bail hotline actually got me through this tough situation. They calmed me down and took me through the steps of process and within hours we got him out just fine. I recommend this bail bonds to anyone in a sticky situation.
