Definitely recommend Bail boys. Amparo and Alejandra were heaven sent. My sister and I found ourselves in a tuff situation and these ladies were extremely helpful, thorough and professional. Amparo was very diligent and patient with me. She took the time to explain and answer all my questions and doubts. Alejandra took care of business at the jail and got the ball rolling no bs. The worst service they had me waiting all day for nothing they told me one thing and made me call them many times and every time was different story .. they end up saying they had to Refund my money and find another company . Unfortunately, I've had to be bailed out numerous times in my lifetime. But when both my wife and I were arrested on a charge that we really shouldn't have been arrested for by someone with a long standing grudge(long story), I called The Bail Boys initially to just try and get my wife bailed out. They went above and beyond, posting bail for not only my wife, but me as well. I've never had an experience like the one I've had with them. They really came through for us. I never imagined I'd have to contact someone to bail a family member and had no idea where to begin. I looked online and came across The Bail Boys and even though at the time it seemed like a nightmare and unsure of what the steps were Amparo walked me through it all, was very kind, very patient and sympathetic. One of the worst days of my life and the Bail Boys gave me peace of mind. I had never bonded anyone out of jail but Sergio made the process very easy, even offering to come to me so I could avoid Los Angeles traffic, being 7months pregnant and all. Paperwork was fast and easy and he even worked out a fair bond payment that didn't leave me with no money.
The most helpful thing Sergio did was provide me with a great attorney to help my loved one with his case and made sure I was able to speak to him the same night . I was able to actually go to sleep knowing my loved one was in Good hands.

As far as this company goes, they take your money and send you home for updates.
They never call back and they end up keeping your money. When you request the money back, they state that is have to wait 30 days to revive the money in the mail.
